By the standards of Japanese hotels I’ve stayed in, the room was actually rather large. The staff held on to my luggage for several hours as I was early for check-in and even took my things up to the room for me. Although located near busy shopping streets, it was nice and quiet and I was able to get a good night’s sleep. The staff didn’t mind holding onto my things a while longer in the morning after check-out, which was also a great help. Overall a really comfortable place to stay, I’d rather stay here and travel in than stay at a hotel in central Tokyo for the price and service. It doesn’t look like much from the outside but I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

The location was perfect, near the train station, and the room comfortable. Extra amenities were available at the front desk. They allowed us to send our luggage to the hotel and it was in our room when we arrived. In particular, we appreciated the friendliness of the staff, especially the evening desk clerk with the winning smile. He communicated perfectly and made us feel very welcome. I'm sorry that I didn't get his name. He was the shorter of the two clerks.

I like hotel breakfasts and unfortunately, there was no food on site, but there are many restaurants in the area including a McDonald's, so food was no problem.

Perfect location in the center of Machida - just go out of the hotel and You are in the middle of one of the most authentic areas of Tokyo. Hotel is not luxurious, but it offers what the traveler needs - room with WiFi, laundry and helpful staff. And the staff is perfect!

The location was ideal for Machita, close to everything. The staff were excellent and went out of their way to ensure your stay was one to remember. They went over and above. The rooms were a little bigger .

There wasn't much not to like. Unfortunately though the rooms are not sound proof.

Excellent staff who were polite the whole way through. Highly recommend. Clean, comfortable room. Great utilities and services. Comfortably close to supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, train stations, etc. Perfect hotel !

Wonderful location. So close to the stations and close to a lot of restaurants and night life. Staff was also super helpful to my group.

The location was very near the Machida bus center and train stations which made it very convenient to catch the airport bus. It is right in the heart of the shops and restaurant district but there was no noise in my room. Wifi worked great.

The location is one of the best, if not the best in the area. And staff was extremely helpful and really friendly.

There were no breakfast provided. The location was good very close to train station and easy access to Tokyo,Yokohama and Hakone area.
