This is budget amount charge approximate RM120 per night, i got everything I have like toiletries (shower, shampoo and conditioner), tower, hair dryer, kettle, extra fan, to me is perfect enough. You do not need carry your heavy luggage by climbing up narrow stairs but hotel comes with elevator and all corridor with CCTV. You very easily find food, car repair center, car wash, small groceries shop, café, restaurant and kopitiam within short walking distance. Some more the reason I choose this hotel was due to it is very near to the place for my friend's wedding homestay (6 mins away by driving). So I have nothing to complaint and thanks for owner

1) I am writing to let you know how much I appreciate the outstanding customer service that your staff Mr.Herman has provided. He been very attentive and helpful. He kind gesture and hospitality has always been beyond satisfaction. I truly feel like a guest and not just a regular customer so hats off to your staff... 2) Good and well maintained hotel with basic amenities. The room and toilet are clean and the bed is comfortable. Easily access to the convenience store and bank.Parking is also easy to access. Basically the place is good and the room is worth the money and it is a good place for budget travelers.

All staff is friendly especially the malay women staff. Check-in was easy and smooth. Booked last minute because overbook by Oyo hotel luckily we got to book Hotel Sahara though booking.com. So manageable. I brought a sick old grandma with me and facilities all good especially the elevator helps us. Lucky us because got a room in front of elevator. Thanks for the best accomodation!

I love this hotel... 1st receptionist is humble friendly... scenery sightseeing the hotel lobby and room pathway may look old fashion... but everything is good... just follow the capacity hotel needs and well time by time...

Staff (Salma n Ravin) very friendly. 3P- patient, polite, professional...We came late at night but they entertained us very nicely. I got 2 rooms for my family.

TV - not clear. No TV channel that we usually watch like tv3 or Tv1. I have to change tv remote twice to watch tv. I suggest hotel management check all televisions next time.

The room was very clean. Hotel allowed us to check in earlier we really appreciate that. Basically we are very happy with their facilities. Water pressure was good air conditioner was good

The hotel is beautiful. The location is very comfortable. The tv channels should improve..the night shift receptionist is a really good very kind and respectful boy, and helpful. Better experience in this hotel when check in midnight time..

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room is small but it is all right if you just need to rest. The location is also good because there are many eateries near the hotel, walking distance.

The booking staff should have a system to update other staff about the booking and payment matter, so that customers who have paid need not justify their payment to the staff upon checking in.
