New and modern studio located in the centre of Modugno, very close to its numerous bars and restaurants. Clean and functional. Very nice and helpful host. The breakfast is in the bakery next door, budget per person is 4 euros (you can have two croissants and a coffee for that, for a small supplement of one euro per person we had very nice pancakes).
The Booking.com description says the B&B has a parking. This is not the case. You can only park in the street.

Good location, friendly host, easy access to the room, really modern design of the room, breakfast included in the price, great value for money.
There is no door between the rooms which means that there is no privacy.

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment. It was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was great and the host was very helpful. Highly recommended

Clean...nice size room.
No windows. No one greeted us. Trouble getting into rooms. Late breakfast info so no breakfast.

We liked the caretaker. He was very helpful and nice. Also the place was exactly like the pictures.

Not much
There was zero staff in attendance. Breakfast was to be included, but we were not notified till after 11 PM at night where the breakfast would be and that was sent to us via email which we did not see the drain in the bathroom was not working properly. We never saw any staff at all at any time to except payment. After we left, we were harassed by a phone calls for payment by phone without having any way to verify who was calling us. We told them that we would send payment through our bank when we returned from our trip but they continued to call and harass us.
