As a super new luxury and comfortable property, you get amazingly modern yet timeless elegance in the interiors and services. The service is extremely diligent and they make sure customers are well taken care of. The suite was extraordinary with large bathtub, his and her sinks and amazingly spacious. The swimming pool like the tub, was one of the longest I have ever seen across the globe at any hotel.

There was some confusion in the room type despite earlier follow up and seating at the cafe and club room, but all of those were resolved politely and swiftly keeping customer comfort at the top.

Incredible Comfort and hospitality as you step through the doors! The staff greeted us calmly despite rush hours of a long weekend and patiently tended to our concerns due to some issue with bookings. It’s rare to see this level of hospitality nowadays. The swimming/sauna facilities deserve a special mention - so clean and well thought through interiors!

No in-house entertainment for those traveling with family or kids. Given the chaotic digital lifestyles now, it’s good to cut off and have options like board games, indoor sports or things like old school cards/carton rooms. Just something to think about as you look to scale in a high demand market.

The property itself is beautiful but more importantly, the hospitality and staff at this property is beyond outstanding and surpasses international standards. The guest relations Manager Yogesh Dawar went out of his way to make our stay pleasant and ensured that we’re comfortable. Given that I was pregnant at the time of my stay here, he went above and beyond to offer services that technically do not fall under their purview just so that I would be comfortable and could enjoy my stay to the fullest. I have travelled extensively but this was easily among my top 3 hospitality experiences in decades. I would highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a peaceful and enjoyable getaway, including dog parents. I’d also like to add that this property is dog friendly and they give you amazing pet care products for your pups upon arrival which were of top notch quality. 10/10 to this property, the crew overall and especially Yogesh Dawar!

Absolutely nothing

Check-In: Easy. Simple. Smooth as silk. Khyati is really professional at what she does. Room: Fabulous. I loved the lighting system as well as the full size windows. The thought gone into room layout is amazing. Bathroom and Toilet: Shower is amazing, with the amenities kit provided wonderfully curated. The toilet features a Japanese system which was my first time experiencing it. It is fun to use and very practical. Hotel walkaround: Well laid out, plenty of place to sit and explore. Lobby is good. I regret not being able to visit the swimming pool since I had been attending the Bryan Adams concert that was happening that evening, walking distance away from the hotel. Breakfast: Well curated, sumptuous, well-equipped stations. Food was delicious, I had a lot. The food is really good and the staff is amazing.

I did not like myself not having enough time to enjoy the hotel more. Its too damn good.

Breakfast was excellent . On the club package , drinks and snacks in the bar were such a pleasure. service in the bar was superb and the snacks were delicious.

I had to track a waiter down every day to ask for coffee . At most hotels it is automatically offered as one sits down. friends got macaroons in their rooms when they arrived . idid not . The mini bar was only filled after I had checked in which was strange and disturbed my rest. it should be done before.

The breakfast spread was great, both qualitatively and quantitatively. The staff is nice and helpful. Rooms were clean and the bathrooms are of decent size. Basic amenities were present in the room. Since I informed beforehand that I was travelling for my fiancé's birthday, the Hotel was kind enough to decorate my room and surprise us with a cake. All in all, they deserve a high score for their pleasant hospitality.

If I had to nitpick, I'd say the room size is a tad smaller for the price they charge. The extensive use of mirror makes the illusion of a larger room but at the price they are at, the rooms could be slightly bigger with a proper dressing area.

Grand Hyatt Gurgaon is the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and excellent service. this hotel provides an unforgettable experience with its high standards of hospitality. Highly recommended, and definitely will come back again. my stay at was nothing short of perfect. The combination of luxurious accommodations, excellent dining, and impeccable service made for an unforgettable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a high-quality, comfortable stay with a touch of elegance. I can’t wait to return!

The SPA was under maintenance

The Chef Ajit Kumar was outstanding in creating and serving delectable fares for breakfast. He offered personalised service to us everyday. When I had guests, he took extra trouble to look after them. Excellent Chef, a great ambassador for the hospitality of the Hyatt. He needs to be commended for his culinary skills and cheerful manner. The serving staff, four Saurabhs and Gaurav were great youngsters. They looked after us well.

The Room is excellent. Very spacious and of course very very clean. The gymnasium is excellent. the staff is VERY hospitable. the breakfast spread is fabulous, and one must sample ALL their offerings. there is a huge variety! I have never been impressed with food in 5 stars, but Grand Hyaat must take a bow ! ordered so many meals in my room, and every time it was top notch !

My husband and I visited with our 11 month old from London and everything about this hotel is exceptional: the staff are courteous, efficient, and lovely; the food is incredible (don't skip the amazing breakfast spread, or the fabulous tea); the rooms are modern, tastefully decorated and clean. Our suite had two Toto's and we ended up cutting our Jaipur trip short to return for a further two nights before our flight home. Do not hesitate to book this hotel! You will leave feeling refreshed and relaxed.
