We booked this hotel because our friend’s wedding was nearby. After driving for 5 hours, we arrived at the hotel around noon, with the wedding scheduled for 2 p.m. Since we wanted to freshen up before the event, we asked the hotel in advance if it would be possible to have our room ready earlier than the usual check-in time. They responded quickly through Booking.com, reassuring us that they would do their best to accommodate us. Even if the room wasn’t ready upon arrival, they kindly offered to let us use the spa facilities to change and shower. When we arrived, they kept their promise — our room was ready on time, and we were able to head to the wedding feeling refreshed and in great condition. We are very grateful to the hotel staff for their excellent service. The room was spotless, the hotel was close to the beach, and the surroundings were incredible. We truly didn’t want to leave.

The room was a little warm, but with the window open, it was quite comfortable. Parking spaces were very limited, we parked far away.

Lovely cosy Hotel, staff very helpful and so pleasant.I just love trees shrubs and outdoor areas just so peaceful and natural habitat!!

We had a beautiful peaceful stay in Best Western Hotel, beautiful shrubs trees and nature !! Staff and breakfast was excellent, and location great as near La Baule and beachfront. Bernadette Ireland!!

Missed no restaurant in evening

Love the hospitality of the whole team/staff. Very friendly and absolutely welcoming.

The room was rather hot, even with the small fan included... The entrance light and the main light goes together with the same switch. So it was difficult for me to just switch on the entrance light without switching on the main light in the room.

Location of the hotel was good - near enough to walk to local restaurants, the beach etc but set in a quiet street which was peaceful at night. The staff were friendly and very helpful at all times - nothing was too much trouble for them. Room was a good size, towels and bedlinen of a good quality and electric fan was most welcome during the very hot weather. Choice of breakfast was excellent and the garden was very relaxing,

Availability of lactose free milk, for cereal/ tea. Shower in room 15 , not hot enough or powerful enough.

very clean and comfortable hotel. within walking distance of the seafront and many restaurants. excellent breakfast. friendly staff. it had a lift

the en suite wash hand basin was tiny!! the reading lights were of such a low voltage that reading in bed was almost impossible.

Our room was very comfortable, a little small but the very generous balcony/terrace made up for that.

Nothing it suited our needs for a short relaxing break.
