The location is conveniently close to the Machida station. The people at the reception are very friendly. I came from France and arrived at 10 am and I was lucky to be given a room early despite an official check-in time at 3 pm. The room was small but with a bed slighly larger than a single bed. There was many available free toiletries, tea bags and coffee in the lobby, with a kettle in the room.

The room was a bit hot and the A/C was switched off when leaving the room. But since the room was small it didn't take much time for it to be cool again.

Everything. The Hotel is very near to the MRT station. Thats many shop and 7-11 just cross the street. Although it's in a town area, Bt its nt noise at all. Cozy small room with comfy bed, I stay in 512, is a single room with a window, what I like is the window can open, so i can open it for the fresh air blow in. I love the Japan early morning Sun and the peaceful night view. Another thing I like it so much is, you can get unlimited free drip coffee pack, and many choices of the tea bag and toiletries etc - Shaver, toothbrush, body sponge, facial toner and cleanser ... I will cm back in 2024 ♥️

The only thg I dun like is, the laundry change is crazy expensive, and they never inform you how much it cost in advance. I wash a cotton yoga pant, 3 sleeveless small size T shirts, and 3 pair of socks, it cost around USD 45. (5800 yen)

The staff were very polite and responsive, hotel had a very big laundry room with 4 or 5 washers and dryers. Really comfortable beds! Breakfast was okay, not the best but okay, good value. Great location with quick access to the train station and food & entertainment streets. Also, there was a water bottle in the refrigerator, with additional one on each next day of your stay! Fresh towels every day are put outside of the room, on the door handle.

Bathroom was extremely small, seemed like a wayback machine to the 80s, wash basin pipe and shower pipe are connected with a hose and you have to turn a lever depending on where you want the water to flow. Which is fine, more funny than anything but every time I exited the tub I would bump into something because the bathroom is too small. Had to open the door every time after showering to wipe off without bump into something.

The hotels location was amazing to get to great shopping and dining in Machida, I was spoiled for choice. It was also an easy walk to the train station and bus station!

The double room was just barely enough space for myself and my luggage for two weeks. The step up to the shower/restroom area was also steep.

The hotel was conveniently located near Machida Station. The staff were very helpful and friendly, although there was a language barrier, but Google translate worked for us. The rooms were clean and we received new towels and water everyday. They also provided toiletries.

It's not the typical American room that provides a dresser to give you easy access to your clothing. You will have to keep most of it in your luggage. The hotel only provided 4 hangars.

breakfast was included and price was correct. Free coffee is also included which was nice.

There was some misunderstanding during the payment process with the staff. Room was small as expected and facilities were old.

Bathroom Was very small

Breakfast buffet was nice and plenty to choose from. Enjoyed the tv. Didn't see any anime channels unfortunately.

Experienced a little miscommunication with the staff, but still wonderful people!

Great area just a few minutes from station, 7-eleven across the street. Great japanese style breakfast. Decent size rooms (for japanese standards).

First room made me sick, changed to a different which was fine. A bit lacking in deep cleaning with lots of dust in the vents etc.

The location was great. free parking. close to the station. there're many restaurants and cafes nearby the room is clean. significant amenities.

It's seasonal thing, but it was dry in the room.
