Personal was really kind and helpful. The location, the breakfast and the swimming pool are all amazing.

A bit expensive for the size of the room.

Pool was amazing. Grass roof deck was really nice. Lots of covid precautions. Was very eco friendly

Bed was a bit hard. Not a ton of amenities in the room such as body lotion or minibar. That’s fine but for the price I expected a bit more.

the staff were excellent - very friendly and helpful. the pick-up service from the port was also great. i loved that they booked tours for you at the hotel so you didn't need to go elsewhere for assistance. the breakfast and dinner had many nice options.

the hotel itself is in a less than ideal condition, could use some deep cleaning, updates, and new paint. i think the dinner was over-priced, but perhaps that is normal for the island due to high costs of getting ingredients there on a consistent basis.

The view and location of the hotel were out of this world. The staff was also very friendly and tried to help, even though they had some problems understanding English.

The dinner buffet was exactly the same for all three days and way too overpriced for what was offered. However there was no other option close by so I had to take it.

It is a fantastic setting, deep into green of the jungle. Very friendly and professional jungle tour guide.

Too expensive diner and lunch given the poor quality of the menu. Also way too expensive as both swimming pool and hot bath were not open.

The staff at the hotel was very helpful. A highlight for us were the tours we booked through the hotel. Aoki-san was our guide (we also saw him working the restaurant one night) and he was fantastic. The food was good, but we wished there were more western-style options for breakfast (even just toast would be fine).

The rooms were alright, but could have used some improvements. There is no place to step "up" into the room, as in many hotels, so we ended up tracking a lot of dirt in from outside. The rooms also felt quite moist (humidity is a constant struggle in Okinawa) so nothing ever dried - bathing suits, towels, wet clothes, etc.

The setting within the jungle was amazing and all the staff were helpful and friendly

The atmosphere at in the restaurant wasn't great and the food wasn't as good as we'd had elsewhere. The room was a little dowdy. We'd stayed somewhere on a neighbouring island which cost the same but was so much nicer.

There is an Onsen That has not been working for 10 years yet somehow they still are able to advertise it’s ability to attract customers. Without that there’s not much to offer, sorry.
