Great location, so close to train station, numerous buses, 15 mins into central Paris, has a bar and restaurant with views of the Eiffel Tower and Sacre-Coeur. Spotlessly clean, we stayed in the Residence for 5 nights and had a mini kitchenette which was really good. Cleaning staff all lovely. Would stay again.

I absolutely love this hotel, I haven't felt this comfortable and at ease in a hotel in France like I did this trip. The privacy of the suites was so good, and every time I came to the front desk to reception, I was greeted with a warm smile by all the staff. I forgot my waiter in the restaurant on 4th floor name, but he was so polite and welcoming my 2nd day there, as well as the bar staff that facilitated us without reservation. It's now my go to hotel once I'm in Paris or France. Thank you for your awesome service!

There is nothing worth mentioning.

Breakfast was of lovely quality, and there was something for everyone (pastries, bread, cheese, ham, yoghurt, fruit, hot food etc. etc.) I think the only reason there are complaints are because the options are somewhat more limited than maybe people are used to but for me it wasn't an issue. However the quality of what was out I think more than makes up for this. The hotel/residence is also only a 10 minute walk from a train station.

The only thing I think is missing is perhaps access to some gym facilities (none were mentioned on check-in and I don't remember seeing anything online about this either).

hotel design and room design is great staff is helpful everything in the room was good quality, even the complimentary water! had the chance to upgrade room free, thanks to booking. my room had the view of eiffel :)

french bath is ok, but there is no chance to take a shower, no place to fix the shower head, no glasses that limits the bath, so using the shower head is problemmatic. i did not get the idea with this bath. there is cool roof restaurant/bar, but the prices are extreme. did not use. neighbourhood is not the best, didn't have any safety problems walking around though.

We stayed at the residence part for a week. It was very comfortable with a small kitchen, seperable bedroom, big TVs. We felt at home and comfortable. Also parking was big, never had a problem.

A bit far from city, we didn’t have any problem since we had a car but needs to be considered. There is no sink in WC, need to walk to bathroom to wash hands.

The rooms are spacious and kept well. The location is quite good as train station is near by and there are quite a few eating places at walking distance. The rooftop restaurant has a direct view of Eiffel Tower and Its a nice view when Eiffel Tower is lit up in evening.

The gym is pretty basic and they have one machine which wasn’t working.

4 days/3 nights, but nobody clean our room (no change towels, clean garbage bins, add coffee/tea etc). No restaurant, just a bar with some food options. The breakfast is a cheap hotel level.

Stayed here a few times for work - it's a lovely hotel, our room and bathroom was large and clean. Just a 10 minute walk upto the town centre where there are some nice restaurants.

The bar/restaurant/breakfast is a little pricey but it probably attracts a lot of people travelling for business (on expenses so it doesn't matter).

It’s very clean. It has a small kitchen with a microwave which was very easy for us. Friendly staff and nice location. So peaceful and quiet!

Just cleaners opening the door without knocking is annoying especially when I was alone in the room in the highest level which was quite empty of course i will be scared whenever someone tries to open the door.

All the staff were great! from check in to check out experience were smooth. Not forgetting the guys on the 8th floor, the breakfast team, they were fab!! The cleaners were nice too, merci to both ladies. The rooms are spacious, you have English TV channels as well as French. I hope to visit again this summer.

Be prepared to pay deposit for your stay which will be credited back to your card upon check out. So make sure you have enough money on your bank card just for that. You have to pay for parking and a bit of a distance to Paris central. If you don't mind the distance then it's a great place to stay. I'm not sure there's a train station nearby but then again I could be wrong. That said, if you have a car, don't mind paying for parking and willing to commute to central Paris, Eiffel Tower etc then it's the place for you.
