All the staff were very courteous, friendly, accommodating and always smiling- the security guard at the ground floor, the receptionists, housekeeping and the staff serving the breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel for those who are taking the board exam because the hotel staff and management were very considerate to serve breakfast as early as 4 a.m. for the examinees, which is very helpful because we need to go to the testing site early. The bed and pillows are comfy and the room size is fine.

The inner bottom part of the electric kettle in my room has rust but the staff immediately replaced it upon my request. It would be great if they will check it first before the check-in time of a new guest especially if there is a senior or any guest who doesn't have clear eyesight that could have boiled water with rust.

All the staff and manager were very helpful and polite. The old security guard is very nice and helpful. They listen and understand requests and try to manage as much as possible for your comfort.

The location is a bit far and near to Quipao church which becomes very crowded between January 9-11. Don't book there at these dates, you won't be able to book a grab from there.

The hotel staff are very accommodating. The location suits our purpose. The facility is good. My son enjoyed the breakfast, delivered as per the requested time. Just a suggestion, it would be great if there will be a regular pest control in the facility as there are small cockroaches in the room especially in the toilet.

Lots of traffic in the streets and electronic area that sells audio and sound equipment, you can hear music and traffic sounds in your room sometimes.

Staff was friendly. Room was clean and spacious. Toilet was working as expected. Water pressure was great. Room facilities were all working as expected. Breakfast was served on the requested time. Check-in and out were a breeze.

Not the fault of the hotel but the location could be improved. Nothing interesting for us was nearby.

The room was excellent. Comfy and clean, instant coffee, toiletries.

I am vegan, and everything is about meat. Though the hotel offered free breakfast, I didn't find anything edible. Not their fault, it's all around the Philippines.

Comfortable bed, nice shower, clean except the water drifting from the AC. Nice tables.

Only one power outlet for refrigerator and tv. Need to install more electrical outlets.

Kind and very welcoming staffs. Easy access because the location of the hotel is near my exam place and accessible to different necessities like grocery stuffs and fast food chains.

The blanket provided was too thin. Got some problem regarding with the key card access kasi may time na ayaw i-read ung key card but got it changed.
