The front desk gentleman was awesome, he helped get me some birthday cupcakes and ice cream for my wife's birthday! We appreciated his friendliness and exceptional customer service! Thank you!

Wish the pool was open later because often times when we come through on trips we get in a little later and we can't always use the facilities as much as we would like to, i. e. the pool.

the handicap assessable room was well designed and well equipped with bars and roll in shower.

the Ada room was far down the hall and there are many handicapped people who have limited walking ability, but cannot walk distances easily. I booked the Ada room and specifically asked if this was an assessable room at check-in. I was told that it was! My husband and I proceeded to the assigned room. It was a small, dark room at the end of a long hallway. we called the front desk to report that there were no grab bars and a rimmed shower we were told to come back to the front desk. The clerk was very nice, but somewhat confused about what to do. She was able to move us to a very nice fully assessable suite.

We enjoyed our overnight stay and was thankful that we were in adjoining rooms. Our rooms were very clean and it helped us with my disabled mother. The lady at the front desk was very kind. We will be back when we drive through again. Thank you so much!

I tried to contact booking.com over the course of 3 days to price match the rate which went don’t $70 and I still wait for it. you cannot get anybody over the live chat or the phone and I had to call the British phone number trying to get it all arranged !

Clean tasty water, security cameras, designated spot for pets to relief themselves, location plenty choices for meals, Walmart, cvs drugstore, very quiet clean area.

No usb ports for phone and iPad chargers

Anthony at the front desk was superb. It turns out that his dad was the commissioning officer on a base that I started working on in 2015, Redzikowo, Poland. He called his dad and he stopped by for a visit and we talked about the different people we knew and the opening of the base. Who would have thought that such a random meeting was possible.

Wouldn't change a thing. I enjoyed our stay and will stay again in the future if we pass through.

We enjoyed the lay out of the room and how comfortable the room made us feel while traveling

There was an issue with the shower door being difficult to slide and the shower diverter valve spun freely making it difficult to to find that fine line between a hot shower and warm water before turning all the way cold or off.

Clean, good location

Room was not cleaned daily and coffee supplies were not replaced. Ice machine on the floor was out of order.

Quiet and clean room, comfortable beds with good pillows, night light in the bathroom, had microwave and functional refrigerator, water fountain on the ground floor to get good drinking water, ice machine, very kind staff exceptionally accommodating to my 95 year old mother. Breakfast was very good with a number of options including oatmeal, eggs, sausage and potatoes, fruit, bread and bagels, dry cereals and milk, juices, definitely a cut above the waffle maker and sweet rolls breakfasts. I appreciated the availability of paper plates.

The light-blocking curtain was too short so light came through the bottom.

Everything! Remote check in through app was fantastic. Lots of personalized touches. Great breakfast! Fantastic staff!
