This hotel surpassed our expectations. It wasn't the "smartest" or most modern looking of these we considered from the photos we saw, but we chose it for the lake-front location. We were very happy with all aspects of our stay there. Our "comfort" room was spacious, well furnished and equipped and had two balconies - one to the side and a large terrace with sunloungers and table with 5 chairs. The location couldn't be beaten - right on the lakeside and at the same time right in the heart of the town. It may turn out to be busier and noisier outside at high season but we found it a peaceful place to stay and were very happy to be able to just pop downstairs for a drink or snack at the cafe bar and to find good restaurants within a few minutes walk. Breakfast was a buffet and was more extensive than we'd expected, with choices for everyone. Car parking was a bonus - free and with a guaranteed space in the nearby multistorey carpark for anyone booking a double room. The hotel is one of those closest to the car park and they provide a tessera (card) to get through the barriers. This can save around 20 euros per day.

We have very little to be negative about. Many of the staff were friendly and chatty and all were helpful and accommodating when we needed it. There are quite a few signs and notices around which felt a little bit over the top (do's and don'ts) but may have been put there because of previous problems with guests. The shower room was a little dated compared to the bedroom but was immaculate and well stocked with toiletries and fresh towels. Good shower too.

Superb location with nice sized bedroom, including fabulous lake view. Servicing of already very clean room was superb. As good as it gets in all these areas.

Staff at reception and breakfast. We were pretty much ignored on arrival, then given minimal briefing, no vouchers for ferry discount and more. It seemed rather different if you spoke German! Staff at breakfast (and in lunch/dinner restaurant not used) seemed miserable and unfriendly.

great location on the promenade. great breakfast. super cool retro rooms with wallpaper and vintage tiles. we had a great little balcony.

instructions for guests arriving by car could be better. basically you park in a temp zone, get a pass, return to your car, and finally check in. it’s a bit of a process but worth it. It’s only a short walk from the parking lot to the hotel. Some people would not like the vintage feel, we loved it. if you want a modern hotel, this might not be the best choice.

Location was perfect! We were right in the center of everything. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming. Our room was as expected, and the lake view balcony was a huge hit for us.

The breakfast was definitely lacking, but it didn't bother us since it was included. The property is very dated overall, but it is exactly as described online and in the photos.

We loved the hotel! Decent room, wonderful view and location, and good breakfast. It's all we needed!

The location facing the lake

No parking available because I booked a room for solo Just for couples or more. MY IDEA WAS NOT TO RENT A CAR FROM PESCHEIRA DEL GARDA BUT LIMONE IS ABOUT 1:30 hr by car. Taxis would not drive there , even for 150 euros ! Free parking in city limited. Got a violation for leaving car longer than 12 hrs In the end payed more than 145 euros in parking which made Y stay at the hotel more costly than if I had chosen other hotel with parking

Beautiful location, very good breakfast, and very good shower. The sun terrace was great as well.

We found the staff unhelpful and unfriendly. The fact you had no control over the aircon. It was set at 22 degrees which we found far too hot for sleeping. Limone is very beautiful though.

The hotel location is exceptional, the breakfast is good, but it should be more diverse.

The wi-fi is awful, I could not read my emails on my laptop! The climate control of the room was turning on every morning at about 7 o'clock, not sure why.

The hotel is like from classic Italian movies, where everything is set perfectly. The room was comfortable, but the location ad view through the window made my stay excellent! Very good breakfast. Worth to stay and enjoy the views.

Poor wi-fi. The refrigerator in the room I guess was not working.

Only thing to consider is a short walk from the parking to the hotel if one has a lot of luggage when travelling with kids, but manageable.
