This well-managed hotel is perfectly situated at the entrance of Old Bukhara, with all the city's highlights within walking distance. Conveniently, there is a shop next door and a variety of restaurants nearby. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable and with everything one might need. Including AC, which is a must in Bukhara. The breakfast was absolutely gorgeous. Internet was fast and reliable.The service and customer focus were outstanding. A testament to their exceptional service occurred when I left the hotel at 5 am for my flight and realized at the airport that I had forgotten my passport in the hotel. The local police contacted the hotel, and they promptly responded and sent my passport to the airport by taxi. Impressively, they refused to accept any payment for the taxi, insisting that "I am their guest." This level of customer care is truly remarkable. I can recommend this hotel without hesitation and look forward to staying there again.

A charming, lovely hotel, gatekeeper of Old Bukhara. Excellent location since taxis can actually drop you off right outside as opposed to those hotels in the heart of old town which are not accessible by car. Staff is courteous and kind, breakfast is abundant and very decent. Big plus is a/c in the room! Would definitely go back!

Bathroom maybe a bit small, and the pillows are quite high but other than that, it's all great!

The staff of the hotel was really nice, even with language barier, we found a way to communicate. The hotel is very close to the old town, there are so many restaurants in the area, short walking distance from important monuments. Rooms were big and equipped with a comfortable bed and fridge

There were smokers in room next to ours, which made our room smell of cigarettes and there was some shower leakage after a shower.

The hotel was close to the old town, where cars were not allowed in, within walking distance to all of the attractions. The hotel was owned and run by a family, and they were really friendly and helpful. We asked for restaurant recommendations, and the restaurant across the street (Jam) was really good, definitely worth a try. Our room was on the ground floor, by the little courtyard, and was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was buffet style, with lots of choices of food, reflecting the owners’ hospitality.

The water from the shower would leak to the bathroom floor, but it seemed quite a common problem.

The location is amazing. You would struggle to find anything better. It is very central but very quiet. Yes, it is very quiet but still on the main road, and you don't need to wander narrow streets of Bukhara in total darkness, which, honestly, could be a bit unpleasant. The rooms are clean with wooden flooring. The breakfast is plentiful. They even opened their breakfast room earlier for us as we were leaving for our flight.

Location and service were excellent.Room was good size. Refrigerator in the room.

Bed and pillows were a bit uncomfortable. Please switch to softer pillows. Also, breakfast options were limited.

Strategically located at the entrance of the old town this hotel offers very good comfort and an excellent location to explore Bukhara. The room was clean and beautifully decorated, however it was rather small size.
