We spent one night here on our way to Genoa. Perfect for that. Lots of parking spaces. Quiet, large hotel with many rooms that have two entrances (from the hallway or directly from the parking lot). This makes it particularly easy to carry luggage in and out. The breakfast was very good, especially the staff were so nice and helpful. It makes for a good start to the day.

If you are coming from the “wrong” direction (north-west), you may miss the entrance. So first drive past the tall hedge and then take a sharp left.

The room was nice, the bed was comfy, the night manager was nice, even though he could not really help me with my concern.

First off, this should not be listed as an "airport hotel," as it was actually 24 km and a $50 cab ride away! That made a $69 room become $119, much less of a deal. Secondly, and related, it said, "Free airport shuttle!" When I booked it, I confirmed that this was to be at no charge, even though I was coming in after 1am. I got an email back saying sure, no problem, shuttle is included. The, when I landed, I had an email saying that they were sorry, but there was NO shuttle available at this time, and that I would need to take a cab. That cost $50.

Clean and comfortable hotel. private parking for each room. Marco at the reception has been an exceptional host but all the staff is very friendly and professional.

The only single issue was the insulation of the doors. Lots of noise coming from the corridor.

Very comfortable room and car-place near the door. Staff is so friendly, quick resolution of all arising issues.

The beds were a bit hard

the location, the parking, the 24hour reception service the friendliness of the staff especially Roberta she was very patient and good with our son during breakfast.

the only thing was that air conditioning was switched off at some point during the night and we had to always call reception so they switch it back on. (they switched it back on immediately)

Stuff is outstanding and aviailable 24/7, rooms is clean, dayly cleaning service, affordable price, quick food delivery from restaurants nearby.

Unfortunately, smoking is allowed in some rooms and one night we smelled it.

Good access by car. Good facilities and breakfast. Helpful staff.

Room was warm. Temperature control did not seem to work right.

The wifi worked very bad on the 2nd floor, the hairdryer switched off every minute, strange sockets without adapters, so we couldn’t charge our appliances

Good motel in easy to find and convenient location. Bar is open for coffee and drinks.

No restaurant, but there were plenty nearby.
