very friendly n helpful
not really hotels fault...but their internet provider was definitely lacking! had outage n they basically refused to help till Monday. it started eRly morning hrs Fri. They promised tech help but never showed. This was the ONLY down side of my entire trip! Everything else was great! And I stayed until the 12th!

Breakfast was included and hot food choices varied somewhat on the two mornings I was there. As I expected and perfectly adequate, although not "excellent" at the price point. Large room, very clean.
The service and room were fine and as you'd expect for a Holiday Inn Express. The Kurig coffee maker was not working the first day, but was replaced as I requested for the 2nd day. A minor issue.

Friendly staff, accommodated a shower chair for handicapped wife on short notice, received bereavement rate, without requesting, once staff realized reason for travel. Very clean throughout. Quiet courteous guests.

Room was amazing! Staff is amazing and always so welcoming! Lady who works in morning for breakfast kitchen staff is amazing!!!

One of the nicestQ hotels my partner and I have stayed. Conviently located near my son. In Portland. Partner is a vet and a nice discount was good .Much appreciated.

Staff was friendly. The swimming pool was good.
Accidentally turned lights on over our bed, couldn't find the off switch. Called front desk. He was professional and apologetic, but he was unable to help. I crawled under the nightstand and pulled the plug.

Size of room was great and breakfast easily catered to everyone's taste. It was a very clean facility, and loved seeing Boxy the turtle.
Other guests did not adhere to the quiet after 10p rules. There was loud banging next door and loud knocking on doors at 2a.m. which woke the whole family.

it’s always clean very clean, always quite, if you do run into a problem the staff is on it quickly. stayed here several times and it’s always a wonderful stay
breakfast hour not long enough on weekends . 😂😂
