The pathway to the bathroom is quite narrow for a room with one queen bed and one single bed due to the limited space. The air conditioning is strong, but the person sleeping under the air conditioner may not feel the cool air as effectively. I suggest rearranging the beds so that both can enjoy the air conditioning evenly.Don't forget to check all the switches to ensure they are functioning properly. During my stay, there were two switches, but only one was operational.

Location, Staff and Price are excellent - This was our stay over as we had an early ferry the next morning. It is right around the corner from the terminal. The room was mostly clean (cabinet drawers were overlooked). The hotel has an old feel to it so it takes away from the vibe. Our room wasn't prepared for us (towels, shampoo etc) but the front staff was quick to provide what was missing. The air conditioning wasn't working for us but again the front staff helped out so much. A couple negatives is that they must leave the doors or windows open to air out between guests because there were mosquitoes annoying throughout the night. The reception is up a steep set of stairs and our room was on that floor but it looked like there was another floor or so with more rooms so you could be bringing up luggage up more sets. The other is the parking. It was very busy on the street when we arrived so you could be parking a way from the hotel and walking back. If arriving before 6pm you need to pay for a parking ticket from the store right by the hotel. it is valid until 8am the next morning. We arrived late due to holiday traffic and the drive from Kuala Lumpur. After 6pm it is free but you have to make sure you have a ticket for the next day if you are staying past 8am. This didn't affect us as we were out by 8am so we could get a ferry. Nothing was open in the morning for breakfast despite Google saying it was. This could be due to holiday week but prepare just in case. However even with the negatives, for the price and the fact 2 adults and 2 teenagers could grab a decent sleep and a shower makes it a great value. Thank you.

Location are great, go 7E, kedai mamak 24hrs, Eco Shop & etc.Walking distance to the jetty.

Need more lighting, some furniture need to be replaced

It’s spacious for my small family. The bed is comfortable. My husband said he sleeps very well. There is a smart TV! For a budget hotel, it is pretty good.

The toilet a bit bare & the sink looks like it is gonna fall. The wardrobe door is a bit loose.

Perfect for an overnight between Tioman and the mainland. Clean, comfortable room, with a good mattress, good air con. Situated between the jetty and bus station, short walk to both, with stores and restaurants immediately outside. Recommended!

The cleanliness top tier

The aircond is not that cold even when the temperature is already 16°©. The room is so small not worth the price.the window please tinted & the parking istg it's so hard to find a parking & you need to buy coupons

Staff didn't know anything about ferries going to the Tioman island. The person at the reseption didn't talk English. Luckily the other staff person just came in and he was able to talk English.

Fast internet and wifi, android tv, few eateries nearby, comfy beds, suitable for 1 night stay before catching a boat the next day

Very cozy place to stay. Easy to reach shops or restaurant.. Laundry is very near(opposite). The staff are very helpful and friendly.
