The beach just in front of your room, the airco that we were not sure of we would have, the cats and kittens to play with. Free snorkels available.

Some small ants in the room, keep your sweets and trash out if you don't want them in :)

Amazing hosts. Amazing location. Our cottage was right on the beach. No, not a short walk to the beach. No, not up the hill and round the corner. Right on the beach. Beautiful. Facing west, the little terrace means you can pull up a chair and watch the sunset. Too bad that we are forced to return to shoot some drone footage sometime as I forgot to press record! Oh well. Someone has to do it.

You just need to be aware that many of the businesses in Genting have No Alcohol signs up so you need to be careful where you book. In Genting itself there is a Convenience / Duty Free store which stocks every kind of booze under the sun at very reasonable prices which is walking distance to Dumba Bay where you can stock up. Also you need to be aware that there is no fridge in the room.

Owner (Fass) of the resort accommodates all our needs. He was very friendly and calm. The hotel stay was decent and family orientated. The chalet we stayed facing the sea was fantastic. The bed, drapery toilet and room were very clean. Cafe and restaurant served good meals. Would definitely recommend to others and will book Dumba Bay if i make a trip to tioman again. I delayed in booking the snorkelling trip and couldn't get a slot, but Fass managed to get me a slot with another resort team. Thank you Fass and team.

Great time for family. Location, new room and the new furniture. Perfect seaview room with just short walk to the beach. One of the best location in Kg Genting. Very friendly Mr Ezz also assist on the arrangements the snorkeling activities and barbeque dinner. Value for money.

Slow water flow on the water heater. Others is okay.

The location is great, because it is seafront. Quiet and peaceful at night. This place also offers snorkeling package which comes with meals plan. The meals cooked are delicious and served in small size buffet style. However, foods are easy to find in the area. Hosts are also friendly, helpful and attentive.

One of the reason I chose this resort is because I saw a lot of good reviews about their breakfast and I would say both the local and western style breakfast delivers! ❤️ Happy stomach is indeed very important to start a day on vacation! We chose the seafront room and the view doesn’t disappoint at all, love the view from my room where I just look at the ocean every morning! The room and the bathroom is very clean, it actually supersedes my expectation as I think the real condition looks better compared to the pictures online HAHHA The front desk staff, Kak Diana is super helpful and friendly, there’s another staff who helped us to send the luggage back and from the jetty too, we hopped on their motorcycle and thoroughly enjoy the chit chatting with the staffs here ❤️ Not a lot of tourists here hence it’s the best island to just take a chill walk and get to know the locals here ;)

The wifi speed could be improved but it’s not a big issue ;) Would love it if there’s cabana on the beach!

The best resort in Tioman Island ! We had 3 wonderfull days here, the staff is amazing, always available at every hour and so kind ! They helped us for everything. And they pick us up at the pier for the luggages when we arrive and also helped us when we left. The rooms were really nice, clean and a crazy view on the beach ! The beaches around are really nice and calm. The breackfast is simple but perfect, fresh and very good ! They also proposed and planned for us a snorkelling day that was amazing ! We really recommend you to come here if you are coming to Tioman Island ! Thank you a lot again ! We hope to see you again.

Beach location and at a quieter part of the village, comfortable and clean units. Friendly staff.

In our unit it was a difficult to keep small ants out but not a major issue. Our door had a gap at the bottom and during heavy rain the floor gets a bit wet. Again, nothing major.

The new chalets are fantastic, and literally right on the beach with views out to the beach from inside and on the small deck at the front. The hosts were very helpful and communicative. They even phoned to tell us the ferry was early and told us to run to the terminal while they took our bags so we didn't miss it (it was 1 1/2 hours early! Nothing to do with the resort, btw!!) Really good value for money. There's no wifi - we were very happy with this!

The old units are rather basic, but had good aircon and were very comfortable overall. There's no view to the beach from the old units (they are on the beach, but the windows are frosted and you can't see through them). No fridge (but you can buy ice in the local shop).

The room has a good size of the double beds. The pillows are comfortable and the room is quite big. Equipped with a fridge to store drinks, finds this very useful. The beachfront room faces the sea and is an excellent spot to see the sunset from the terrace.

The bathroom could use some deep cleaning, but is clean and big in general. Won’t affect the stay much.
