For the price, the room was very adequate. Toilet was clean, towels and bedding were all very clean. No complains as it was superb value for money. It is probably one of the better places to stay in Mersing. Location is superb as well, smacked right in the center of town. There is an alkaline water ionizer which provides solid clean drinking water for the guests.

The check in area had a very musky smell but no one really lurks around there since it's just the small reception. Once up in the upper levels which is where the rooms are, the smell is no longer an issue.

Location is great, it really is perfect for an overnight stay to catch the ferry to Tioman the following day. I didn’t expect it but their internet was fast enough for me to work from my room. Room had table and chair, great for work. I would go back here again when I make another trip to Tioman. Just don’t expect luxury but it is good for the price.

The cable tv quality but nothing major.

Comfortable, shop nearby, restaurant around the corner, i had booked with this hotel n had make a payment there when i arrived luckily it was not released by them, booking.com not gave me notification for confirmation to pay first eventho i already given my visa no n give permission to submit when the last day of payment.

It is a very nice hostel for a good price. The big advantage is a short distance to Mersing Pier for the cruise to Tioman Island. This is a perfect place to stay if you have a morning ferry. A 24-hour reception is very useful.

Nothing to complain about.

They have a drinking water refill station, the hotel is conveniently located between the bus and ferry terminal, the staff was friendly and the room exactly what we needed (comfy beds, bathroom, aircon)

The elevator is very, very slow.

Ideal for overnight stay before ferry to Tioman. Room was clean. Comfy bed and pillows. AC worked great. Only 5 minute walk to jetty. Lots of food options nearby. It's not a luxury resort but perfect for what it is.

It was all good. Exactly as expected.

There was acute little lizard roaming around the room and the washroom gets covered in water everywhere if you shower.

They provide transport from the hotel to jetty to Tioman even our ferry leaves at 5.30am. Rooms are clean.

One of my friend’s shower has no water. No lift, ground floor has no room. Each floor has many steps and high. Night is noisy because it faces the road.

The place was clean and close proximity to the bus station, which was important to us as we arrived at the hotel late at night. It was all the amenities and is open 24/7. Good if you’re looking for a one/couple night stay or if transferring to Tioman or other islands.
