The direct access to the beach is great, also we had the beach to ourselves. The breakfast offers a good variety of food and you eat outside next to the pool in the shade which is very nice. The room was spacious and we had a good view onto the water. The resort is a bit outside of Mui Ne and therefore it is more quiet and less crowded (something we enjoyed a lot); there are still some restaurants within walking distance but it is better to have a motorbike or get a ride.

Some things are a bit run-down, however, it is not surprising given that you are that close to the sea (beach/sand/saltwater). There's a big construction zone for another hotel or a new part next to the resort.

Breakfast was very good. Try their omlette. Resort staff David (Vinh) was the most helpful person that made my stay pleasant. He arranged the tours and communicated with the driver and ensure i reached on time. He is very friendly and speaks and understands basic English. 6 stars for David. Perfect place for families with a private beach. The beach front view is awesome.

The location was a bit far off from the central area of MuI Ne (about a 10-15 mins away). There are no convenience stores nearby unless you travel down to the central area. No grab was available. Only taxi is available.

The staff is extremly friendly and helpful. They even help us to book a train ticket! :) For europeans it might not reach the expectations of a 4 star Hotel, but all in all it is a nice place to stay at.

2 nights in bungalow with seaview Staff and service was extraordenary. Special thanks to Kim! Very nice Resort. Pool is great and the red sundunes are nearby. I recommend the Jeep tour which is offered by the hotel.

The shower. Water was leaking into the room, so the floor was wet and dirty after taking a shower. I recommend the bathtube instead.

Breakfast was excellent. Place is very good for people, they want go to the Red Sanddunes and want relax. Resort staff Kim was very friendly, We could ask her everything all the time. She arranged bus travel and told us about leisure possibilities.

The resort itself is so nice and peaceful. The resort was nested beachfront. They have a beautiful pool which were good for adults and children. The buffet was sumptuous and very satisfying. The staffs were very polite and accommodating specially David. He is such a great help to us from the time coming until checking out. He also help us book a tour at a reasonable price . He's service is exceptional :) . Our room is very nice as we are facing beach and it is very spacious too. We stayed there for 2-3nights and they never missed to clean the room everyday. It is very near to red Sand Dunes one of the tourist destination

Everything is awesome and i love this resort and breakfast is good and not only staff members but for me all staff is kind and friendly i really enjoyed my stay there and i will come back again there soon too

nice resort with big green territory and a path down to the beach. rooms are a bit outdated but wonderfully spacious and comfortable, my bathroom was huge with a bathtub. staff was exceptional, everyone was super polite and friendly, reached out to us to ask about our room, If we’re comfortable and if there was anything they could do to make us feel better. there are red dunes right across the road so you don’t have to drive anywhere to see them

For breakfast there are many things you can choose from. The resort is close to the beach and the red sand dunes which is really convenient. The staff was wonderful and very friendly.
