The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. The view from window was beautiful. Fredd helped me for everything I have asked and has done a lot for me because it was my first time in Beauvais, Paris. He helped me with my luggages and taking a taxi. He is a very polite person. The dinner was delicious, he was a good cooker 😊

Two things I didn't like was the restroom was shared and there was no disposable hotel slippers.

The property has good facilities and was extremely clean which was good. The owners were lovely too and very welcoming.

The location. It was very far away from any tourist attraction. It would not have been a problem if buses were frequent but the buses to Paris only ran twice once early in the morning and once in the evening. I also did not like the fact that we were sharing the hotel with the owners themselves as they lived in there too which meant strict house rules were in place and needed to be followed at all times. I was once even told off for the door banging which was due to the wind in the shower room as the window was left opened. I do understand it’s your own house so you can be extra careful with things but you have to realise that we are paying guests and we are there to relax and have good time and not be bound by strict rules and regulations.

A beautiful property with an amazing garden and outdoor space - nicely situated and close to popular towns in Normandy. Fredd, the owner, was very attentive and friendly - offering a nice breakfast, coffee, beer and dinner if you want - and he has 2 friendly dogs you can play with which are always a bonus. There are also items you buy - from local products to toiletries. It’s a shame we only stayed one night as our trip took us elsewhere!

Much to our disappointment we had to share the bathroom.One criterion for our choice of accommodation is the private bathroom. Unfortunately the info about the bathroom was really ambiguous when we booked and it did not result that is was shared. We recommend that, in order to avoid this unpleasant situation, the offer should be made quite clear..

No en-suite bathroom somehow didn’t see that on booking app however Fredd does explain it in the detail on the ordinary website

We stayed a night for a local wedding. Fred was happy to let us use the rooms early to change in our fineries once we'd had our sandwiches in the garden. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious - no need for lunch! A hugely warm welcome, beautiful home and great facilities. Unfortunately the weather didn't cooperate so we couldn't use the pool or the garden!

Nothing although toilet not en suite and that could be an issue for some people.

the host could have not been more helpful or accommodating. We arrived on the evening of the Olympic Games opening ceremony and he had arranged for an outdoor screen to show it during our meal. It was much appreciated.

Loved this place so much. Beautiful, quaint location and Fred is just super friendly and so accommodating. Great breakfast, clean, everything you need. I can’t thank you enough for having us.

This was such a lovely gem, the room was so clean and every service you needed was provided. Loved the breakfast and the outside area was gorgeous for a glass of wine. Thank you Fredd!
