The place is a charm and we loved the vibe; traditional (family run) ancient house in the middle of a rather small village, short distance from Nimes, Arles, and Camargues - that also means that, although the region is hot in summer, the house remains cool (and the rooms are equipped with air-conditioning). The host is just great and worth sitting with, over an "apero" or "tisane" to make her talk about her life experience. She knows everyone in the village which can help when you arrive in the evening or if you need a dinner place, a pharmacy... The environment was just a relief for my family and I! Ho, and the donkey, horse and cats were plenty of fun to watch for our baby! A massive THANK YOU!

Christine is a lovely host. The house is very central in Bernis with some restaurants around. The design is very on brand for the French countryside, very charming, with attention to detail. The rooms are modern, well equipped, and very clean. Christine offers complementary airport pick-ups/drop offs. The breakfast is homemade and it allows an opportunity to meet other guests.

It was good all around. People with allergies should be mindful of the cats and the donkey that live in a barn by the house.

It is a wonderful place to stay. Christine is a super host, very kind and friendly. She shares her house with animals, a part of her family, a donkey, horses, dog and cats. The place is so authentic. To spend a night at the old horse stable is absolutely amazing experience. Breakfast was great.

Charming guest house in a converted farm with themed rooms, courtyard garden and breakfast in a wonderful converted barn loving furnished with antiques and bric-a-brac. Christine was very friendly, attentive and a great source of knowledge about the area.

Charming stay in a medieval house. The common space is a former horse stable, there are so many old and beautiful details there full of history. The owner really cares about guests’ comfort and we had sweet talks. There are horses, donkey, dog, and cats on premises. Kids will love it.

Christine the owner was super helpful, especially for us not speaking french. She told us the story of the house, introduced two horses and the donkey to our children and went after us to the local pizza bar to check if we were served well.

Our stay was nothing short of wonderful. While the property location was great and its ranch decor was immersive, Christine made this experience amazing. The care she puts into her guest (children included) made this a highlight stop for us. Will definitely go back if able!

Wonderful host. Attentive, warm, and caring. The house is very charming, complete with family history, animals, and beautiful decor. The bed linen smelled amazing! Breakfast included home-made jams, which were delicious. Couldn’t have felt more welcome.
