Very friendly team of staff in bar and on reception. Happily refroze my picnic ice blocks! Provided iron and board quickly, and on return from dinner in Nimes the bar person( young lady) happily made me tea even though bar was closing. Very good buffet breakfast, don't be put off by location in industrial zone. Veryclever landscape gardening and design make then outdoors area very private, attractive and shady. Our teenaged boys lounged in the bar area outside with books and phones. Good lean pool. Would happily recommend.

Restaurant shut in high season on a Sunday, would have been lovely to have supper and not drive to town on a super hot evening. Although Nimes is stunning. Will come back and explore in cooler temps for more than a pitstop.

Staff were extremely friendly, welcoming and accommodating, we arrived early and were allowed to check in a little bit earlier. The hotel room we stayed in was a superior and it lived up to its name, the bed was super comfortable and the air con was perfect for the hot summer months, the room was also very clean. The location is slightly outside the city so can be difficult to get to depending on the time you are travelling however Uber is available and reasonable priced. Airport is also only 15 minute drive away. The pool is a great size and so clean!

There was not many cheap snack options at the hotel for during the day however there is a McDonald’s and lidil’s near by. Food is a little bit on the expensive side in the restaurant but good quality.

It is a very good stopover hotel, close to the motorway with excellent restaurant and a small pool, outside bar area. Also close to drive into the centre of Nimes which is well worth a visit. Not sure about the public transport options as we had the car. Free parking was available and the pool is a welcome late afternoon spot to relax in when coming back from exploring Nimes.

People had put personal stuff on pool loungers and never appeared for the hour and a half that we were there late afternoon. The restaurant and bar is a little pricey and there are no alternatives as in a industrial/commercial area.

Privacy even though our friend's room was just next to ours; spacious for her as well as for us; several foreign TV channels; scrambled eggs for breakfast; close to the "main artery" of Nimes; electric charging station; loved the original decor downstairs... Would give the hotel 8.5, not 8

No courtesy tray or bags in the waste bins; the bed had a "duvet" underneath on top of the mattress cover which was in "clumps" - very uncomfortable - took it off and slept much better! Nice pool but strange to be next to people eating their meals!

We were driving to Spain via France. This hotel was very nicely located; close to big highways. Hotel offered everything we needed: free and safe parking, dog friendly, small but ok pool and nice rooms.

Very fancy look. We have not even noticed many people, even the hotel restaurant was full. Sitting on dinner in excellent surroundings near the pool or in private lounges or in AC as you wish. Very good breakfast. Late check in.

One staff member was a little cool but another one was extremely friendly and helpful. The room that was equipped for people in a wheelchair was excellent. The bathroom was very spacious.

Staff are knowledgeable, caring and supportive. Main Receptionist is a lovely lady who advised us on local events and museums. Breakfast was excellent, rooms perfectly clean with nice toiletries. We had lunch and dinner in the restaurant and enjoyed this. The outdoor swimming pool is wonderful, clean and well maintained.
