Location was amazing Super spacious room, very functional too Super clean and easy access too

Would have given a 10/10 if our reservation had not been changed to 2 separate beds when the staff at the reception saw 2 girls arrive. He first asked if we were going to share a room and then went to change our room to separate beds. No harm in asking if you’re not sure about what people would prefer! Apart from this great hotel!

Kitchenette in the room with fridge for water, fruit etc. Excellent air conditioning for hot weather in Nîmes. Somebody had left a KETTLE FOR MAKING TEA. Thank you. Plug points beside the bed for plugging in mobile phone. The location was perfect for a woman travelling alone---right in front of Arena so safe walk back from restaurants etc at night

Perhaps make it clearer whether one has to pay for extras---choosing a room with a view, going to the spa, etc. It is not clear exactly what incurs an extra cost. Make sure to have an electric kettle in every room. Non-French guests would like a kettle for making tea

The location was perfect – just a two‑minute walk from the Nîmes Arena. The bed was super comfortable, and the shower was excellent. The air conditioning worked very well, and the kitchen was well equipped with appliances, a small fridge, glasses, plates, a kettle and a microwave. The room was also incredibly quiet and super clean. They kindly allowed us to leave our luggage after check‑out, and the staff were very friendly. We didn’t have the chance to use the swimming pool as we didn’t have enough time, but we did see it and it looked amazing – we will definitely use it next time.

It would have been helpful to have some basic kitchen utensils provided, such as washing‑up liquid, a sponge and a kitchen towel. The pillows were a bit too big and high for our preference, although the bed itself was extremely comfortable.

We had a short amount of time in Nimes and the location of this hotel was perfect for this. Close to all the key sites and restaurants we wanted to see. We were beyond happy to have a view of the Arena. The room was huge, clean and the bed very comfortable. The staff were helpful and patient as we practiced our French at check in and check out.

As the hotel is so new, couple of suggestions: - The location isn't quite right when using maps. - No washing up liquid / sponge in the kitchen. - As the window height is so high, difficult to close and open the curtains. Suggest adding a rod to both sides to make this easier.

The staff were friendly ,helpful and responsive . The room was comfortable and clean and as we expected . The bathroom was well equipped and the shower was good. The kitchen area was also well equipped . The breakfast ,which was served in a separate dining room was excellent ,a large variety of hot and cold food laid out in a buffet style with plentiful fresh coffee ,tea and freshly squeezed juices. The breakfast staff were very helpful and polite . One of our best hotel breakfast experiences . The location of the hotel is great ,so central for everything .

There is building work near by ,however this is not intrusive . Although the air con worked well we chose to have a window partially open -we were able to hear some noise outside as the hotel is so central.

The location was perfect, right across from the Arenes de Nimes, with all the main tourist attractions and plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. At the same time, the apartment was very quiet and peaceful. The reception staff was very welcoming, and although we couldn’t find a spot for the spa area on the first day, they helped us book one for the next day. The room was large and spacious, with a very comfortable bed. The spa area, although small, is perfect for an hour of relaxation.

Although the listing on Booking mentioned that the room had a view, it was on the first floor with a rather enclosed balcony, which didn’t let in much natural light and didn’t offer any real view. The room was cleaned, but there was a strange smell that only went away after thorough ventilation.

We arrived early and went straight to the hotel in the hopes of storing our luggage before check in. To our surprise the room was already prepared and we were able to check in early. The staff were very friendly. The location was great, just up a small side street next to the Arena and everything we wanted to see in Nîmes was in walking distance. The room had everything, including a quiet air conditioning setting so we could keep it on over night. Bed and pillows especially were very comfortable.

Nothing we didn’t like. The room was higher in price compared to other options we’d looked at. But once we seen for ourselves the location and facilities, we were very happy with our choice of hotel.

Prime location, good standard, visited 2 times already, the best option if you want to stay in Nimes, underground parking near and you are walking distance to all the restaurants and beautiful old town. Also the view for the arena! Can't beat the price/place/quality ratio.

Only a few details. Sewage smells a bit sometimes depending on the room. I don't get why fitness area is not open earlier and closed later, if you arrive in the evening and leave in the morning only having a one night stay then you cannot really use it. We were 20 minutes after the start time of the breakfast, and eggs and other warm foods arrived to other buffet after we already finished it, not so cool.

It was very clean and quiet. The breakfast was varied and well presented.

The listing made it look like there would be a view of the arena from the breakfast room. There was not. The hotel entrance is set in an alley. We had a written confirmation that we had reserved parking the night before. “Bonjour, Je vous confirme la réservation d'une place de parking a 14€ par jour. Cordialement. La réception.” Upon arrival we were told that this was impossible as the six spaces were first come first serve each day. It was a let down that there was such poor communication. If they had told us ahead of time, it was not possible. We would’ve not been disappointed. It took the shine off the visit. Parking in the nearby municipal cost 24€ which is normal and acceptable.
