My "economic" single was small , overlooking the road, but had everything in it I needed. The room was spotlessly clean and well equipped. There was a good breakfast buffet but it only appeared to be included in the price because I booked through booking.com. The reception is manned 24 hrs with mostly English speaking staff. The hotel is a short walk from the old part of the town where there are countless bars and restaurants.

Not much to complain about at all; although I was OK with a very small room not everyone would be. There were a few drinks on a shelf behind reception but no wine and evidently no beer - it would have been good if there was some.

Exceptionally helpful and friendly staff, I was impressed. Freshly baked gluten free bread from the boulangerie was supplied just for me. Although breakfast was mostly bought in items there was an excellent choice including fresh fruit, eggs and cold meats and a selection of cheese. The hotel is in a quiet street but less than a five minute walk to the Arenes and old city centre Very clean Garage parking available by reservation was excellent

The hotel is in a very old building and some areas are in need of repair/redecoration. My room had a large bathroom with a large high sided bath. There no grab rails nor anti slip protection in the bath and no shower curtain/screen so taking a shower was not easy. The bathroom also had a very large window on the street side and I was not convinced it gave sufficient privacy

The room was very comfortable great value for the money The staff were very helpful and friendly There was plenty of storage in the room and we were able to store our bikes in the garage securely. There were 6 plug sockets in the room! Central for everthing so could walk.

The shower over the bath could do with modernisation

Located centrally in Nîmes, the room was spacious and clean, staff were very friendly and helpful. The lobby is quite modern, and the 24-hour reception is brilliant.

Very noisy, unfortunately I could hear other guests frequently during my stay. The room (and door especially) wasn't very well noise-protected. Also the bulb in the side lamp was broken and the shower tray holder too.

Very good location withing the walking distance to main sights. The room was very convenient. Friendly staff. There is nothing I could complain about.

Excellent location, walking distance to shopping, monuments, market, train station, bus station... Good breakfast, friendly staff, and excellent value for money. I would come again.

Overall very nice experience, nothing to complain about! When I slept there was no actual problem but the door is not soundproof.

Located close to the railway station and the center of the city.

The room is small (i hit myself many times against the shelves in the bedroom and in the bathroom too), and you hear your neighbors very well. There were some little misfunctionings at my arrival (wobbly faucet, one of the lamps blinking in the bathroom), but most of them were quickly resolved after i talked to the staff

Friendly staff, clean rooms, good location in center of town and within walking distance of historical sites and restaurants.

Room is very small and basic. Internet tended to shut off periodically requiring multiple logins.

The location was awesome, right in the center of town, just around the corner from the Arena. The rooms were comfortable and clean.

The air conditioner didn’t work very well, and there was no place to plug in a hair tool in the bathroom, but there were plenty of other outlets in the room itself.

It was simple but everything was excellent: Very friendly welcome from the staff, terrific garage — newly renovated — with a section reserved for bicycles, spartan but very clean rooms.

Nothing. We literally had no complaints.
