Basic but lovely hotel near downtown. We booked very last minute and got there late at night and the gentleman at the front desk was waiting for us upon arrival, helping us with parking and even offering to carry my luggage up the stairs. His kindness at this late hour was truly appreciated. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed, AC was a huge plus as we were in the middle of a heat wave. We had one of our best sleeps of the trip.

A great stay! We stayed two nights in Nîmes, and this was such a great accommodation. We appreciated the use of the hotel cot, and the room was cozy for a family of 4. The terrace was lovely for breakfast. Parking was easy at the property. The hotel is in walking distance to Nimes centre.

Not a huge amount of cafes/restaurants in immediate/close proximity for dinner/breakfast, but is in easy walking distance to the centre of town.

Clean and tidy with enough space for a couple. Separate toilet to bathroom. Coloured tiles in both toilet and bathroom. Very quiet during the night. Mark on reception in evening was very friendly

Lousy breakfast for E10- only ate there once during our stay. Too far away from decent restaurants and cafes and tourist spots

Lovely friendly hotel just a short walk from the centre. Great to park our car safely in their garage. Staff were very nice and very helpful especially when my husband was unwell.

I found the mattress a little too hard but it wasn’t a big deal.

The room was furnished and decorated really nicely, cosy and comfortable. The whole hotel was clean and tidy. Bathroom was well appointed. Parking for us is very important and this is ultra safe and secure and worth the 10e per night. The host replied to messages quite quickly and was very friendly but spoke little to no English! Time to brush up on school French! Nimes is beautiful and we wish we could have stayed longer.

One major problem was the language barrier! I speak some French with which it was possible to just about communicate to the host. Without this the visit could have been very interesting! Of course we are in France, but you get very used to communicating in English! The hotel is a 10-15 minute walk from the centre and not quite located in the old town proper. Which was ok for us, but be aware that it feels further at night!

Although the room was not ready when I arrived, the staff immediately took the task to resolve it and as we dine in a nearby restaurant, when we returned it was all up and running, thanks!! The language barrier was not a stop for the nice service, gracias!! The parking was great1

Everything was up to expectations, as I was aiming to the central and historic parts of the city. The part of the missing elevator was not their fault, it was in the description, I was the one who missed it, but it was OK anyway!!

Lovely helpful staff. Location was perfect so close to the town. We had breakfast which was perfectly adequate for the price. Some of the staff were very helpful in giving us instructions for sites to visit. The reception went out of his way to make our stay a pleasant one.

There was quite a large step out of the shower which is rather tricky for the elderly

Great location, just a five or ten minute walk to the heart of the city. Nice patio to enjoy an al fresco breakfast, which was served over a good time period. Friendly staff and very accommodating. They were able to print a boarding pass for me, as I had a 24 hour check-in window, which was a big help.

Perfectly situated. 10 minute walk from Arena and railway station. Very friendly staff. Very quiet neighborhood.

Perhaps more bottled water during heatwave period.
