The staff were exceptional and nothing was too much trouble. They made it feel like a glamorous home from home. The quality of the hotel was superb. We hope to return soon.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly the whole time, they couldn’t have done more! The breakfast was excellent, great choice of options including cooked food The location is brilliant, in the middle of Cavtat so very easy to walk out to the beaches and to all the restaurants. Also easy to walk to the boats which head across to Dubrovnik and back all day! But the hotel itself is very peaceful - a real oasis. The pool is lovely surrounded by great planting and pretty parasols. We didn’t eat at the hotel at all so not sure what that would be like but went to the bar every early evening which had a great atmosphere and good bar food.

Occasionally we did notice the planes going overhead but were not too troubled. The pool did get busy in the afternoons so was hard to get a sunbed.

If paradise had an address, it would be Hotel Supetar in Cavtat. From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in an atmosphere of quiet elegance and genuine warmth. The rooms are tastefully designed, immaculate, and filled with thoughtful touches from the crisp linens to the scent of lavender that whispers “relax.” Our sea-view balcony was the perfect place to sip wine and let Cavtat’s slow, golden rhythm take over. What truly sets Hotel Supetar apart is the staff. Every interaction felt personal, never transactional. Whether it was a breakfast tailored to our tastes on the terrace, or expert local recommendations whispered like secrets, the hospitality was beyond five stars it was heartfelt. The location? Unbeatable. Just far enough from Dubrovnik’s bustle, yet a short, scenic boat ride away. Cavtat is serene, sun-drenched, and effortlessly romantic and Hotel Supetar is its soul. If you're dreaming of the Adriatic, don’t settle for anything less. Supetar isn’t just a hotel it’s a dream you’ll wish you never woke from.

Breakfast was excellent, one of the best I have had in 40 years of travel. Staff were friendly and efficient. Hotel was relaxing, stylish and well located.

The whole experience was amazing. The facilities are fantastic, the location is on the seafront close to all the restaurants and bars but just far enough away to offer an oasis of tranquility and relaxation to enjoy the beautiful sea scape and people watching. We swam every day in the sea that is 50 metres from the hotel with towels and water provided by the hotel. Breakfast is worth getting up for. The food is excellent and cooked fresh to order and we were not disappointed once. However, it was the staff, above anything else, that made our stay special. The whole team are highly professional and could not do enough to ensure that the hotel was 'our home' during our stay. No words would be sufficient to praise the team. Thank you for looking after us.

This is a real gem of a hotel. Our room in the residence building was newly decorated, beautifully furnished and pristinely clean. The welcome on arrival was wonderful and the staff were brilliant throughout. The atmosphere was relaxed, and you really felt at home to wander the hotels many comfortable outdoor seating areas. We ate in the hotel restaurant which was first rate. Breakfast was extraordinarily good. On our last morning the hotel manager asked if there was anything we needed to draw to his attention- we couldn’t think of anything. He approached us again later to see if we’d thought of anything ( which we hadn’t). Now that’s a sign of a hotel that cares.

Wow! What a hotel. Hotel Supetar is just fabulous, all staff made our stay very special, from the minute we arrived to the moment we left we were treated so well. Our room was amazing, so quiet and spotless. The breakfast was delicious, amazing cocktail bar and the pool - well that was a bit of luxury. Special mention to Niko at breakfast for being so attentive and charming and Gian Luca in the cocktail bar for making us feel so welcome. We can’t wait to return but next time it will be for longer.

Loved the fantastic location, staff, property. Truly excellent service with an amazing full breakfast and excellent coffee provided on the terrace overlooking the pretty harbor. Croatians are welcoming, helpful and friendly in general but this staff takes it to a new level. The pool and bars are gorgeous, clever and topnotch, as are the sauna and other amenities. Supetar is on the beautiful end of the main little promenade, and the lovely walk to the point of the peninsula provides the ideal sunset view. Our room in the newly restored historic residence building had modern European appointments, a huge shower (with the best towels ever, lol), floor to ceiling windows in the bedroom that opened to the optimal view of the street and harbor scene, but totally quiet when closed. This charming luxurious property-- artfully decorated and beautifully landscaped--is close to the airport but feels a world away. Next time we will stay there, water taxi into Dubrovnik and hire a private sail experience. HIGHLY recommended. .

Staff are welcoming ,friendly and delightful . Every member of staff from the front desk to the pool attendant are thoughtful , caring and couldn’t do enough for us . They were all a credit to the hotel. This truely rates as one of the loveliest hotels I have ever stayed at . The location of the hotel is perfect . You walk straight out to the harbour and beachy area for sea swimming . Our bedrooms were all beautifully designed , high spec and eco friendly wherever possible . Breakfast was amazing , we had a fabulous view looking out onto the harbour alongside superb food . Great range of choice and everything tasted great . We enjoyed the handmade fresh juices and the French toast is a must !!! In the evening there is a lovely bar which is relaxing to have a few drinks in . The hotel was immaculate , it felt extremely luxurious and we left feeling well and truely spoilt . Cavtat itself is lovely , a jewel in Dubrovniks crown .

Excellent breakfast, very friendly and supporting staff, great service in every field. Great location in the end of promenade, quite but still very close to the attractions, the beach just nearby and all the good restaurants. The pool area intimate, clean and very comfortable for relaxing. Wine bar has great selection of local wines and the terrace cocktail bar is the best in town. Rooms are very clean and maintained several times a day, always clean towels and room prepared. The staff always found solutions also to your special requests.
