I booked this property over 6 months ago. I booked it because of the pool. The temperature was 97 when our party of 10 arrived! People couldn’t wait to enjoy the pool. It was beyond disappointing!

It has its own parking. There is also a pool even if I didn’t use it. The trim were really clean and comfortable.

front staff Mr.Vicenzo (Victor) was more than perfect and very kind. Nevertheless our coming time was very late, he complete his job perfectly with big smile. and his character was quite nice and make us foreigner feel "here is our home".

The staff was very friendly, and the reception area & restaurant has a beautiful feel and look.
The shower drain was blocked and smelt strong, the wooden bed frame kept me awake with noises when I turned, and there was a fire smoke smell coming into the window so couldn’t open for fresh air. The carpets need to be vacuumed more often in the lobby and stairs going up to the floors.

Clean & comfortable rooms (twin & family room)
The pool & poolside is in need of a clean, paint job. Water itself was clean so that was great. However, too warm (especially with 40 degrees outside, it would have been nice to have lower temperature). Tiles above water were black/stained, there was scaffolding on one side of pool, it's right next to the motorway, and the radio was on very loud.

First of all the guy at the reception was extremely nice, helpful, friendly and speaks perfect English. The hotel is nice, clean, everything went well, except the breakfast that was quite awful.
