Very comfortable and friendly, breakfast was lovely, rooms were cleaned daily. Location was excellent, the hotel was immaculate. In walking distance of the ski road Free ski bus to the gondola. Central location good bars and restaurants around. All rooms had a balcony

We did not dislike anything, but tea/coffee making facilities in the room would have been a plus.

Room is clean and of good size; breakfast is good, staff are very friendly, and the hotel is well located.

Traveling by public transport meant the proximity to the bus stop and lift were a plus for me. The breakfast was great, coffee from a proper espresso machine and fresh eggs made to order really lifted the experience. Great value for money as well.

My single person room seemed a little dated, and it was also not very soundproof. I could easily hear people coming and going (the proximity to a bar meant at all times) and in the neighbouring rooms as well. It did seem like the double rooms had been fitted with more modern doors though.

The location was perfect, just at the heart of Soll and just couple of minutes to bars and restaurants by foot. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was super comfortable. The lady who was owner/manager was so helpful and kind. The free parking space was so helpful. The housekeepers were very nice and kind.

There were no mini bar/fridge and full length mirror inside the room which could be so helpful. The guy who served breakfast wasn’t really friendly, I asked him to get the second cup of coffee at 9:25am (breakfast time was till 9:30am) but he refused to serve me. It wasn’t nice, and not to serve the guests within the breakfast time which is paid for wasn’t something I expected.

My room was basic but spotlessly clean, I booked a single room. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was good, the room was cleaned everyday. For the price that I paid I don't think you will find better value. Great location, quick walk to the gondala and in the middle of the town. The shower was amazing, good pressure and the option of waterfall or regular shower.

My friend and I loved the people working in the hotel. Very attentive. We loved the Guest Card providing free buses along the area too! What a nice surprise. Bus station is seconds away from the hotel. Breakfast was very good and also great location near a supermarket and centre of town. It was a quiet place with a nice balcony where to enjoy meals too.

Nothing really, we liked everything, although sometimes the wifi did not really work very well on my phone in the room.

Great hotel in a great location! Rooms were of good size and breakfast included everyday with our own table was amazing. Parking spot right outside the hotel was ideal.

The only downside was the shower was a handheld shower head in the bathtub with no curtains, no problem for us but for an elderly couple it might not be ideal.

Right in the middle of the village very close to the bus stop. Lovely room and fabulous breakfast with a lot of home made items. The hosts are very welcoming. we have stayed there before and will do so again.

Breakfast was great and the rooms were well maintained and spacious, plenty of storage and cleaned and beds made everday, cant fault it. (Our Room also had a lovely view of the mountains.)

Breakfast was amazing, fresh and tasty. Beds were very comfortable and clean bathroom. Staff were lovely. Big balconies. Great value for money, would book again

It is very close to the Irish bar and it is quite noisy throughout the night (people coming and going/outside). Bit of a walk to the ski bus (unless we went to the wrong place!).
