The rooms on the upper floors have a better view than other rooms. Access to the main streets is easy. There are supermarkets and restaurants near the hotel.

In some rooms, there are defects such as: broken bathroom faucet, no water hose for the toilet, not turning on the bedside lamp, and other such things. Of course, all the mentioned cases will be resolved with the coordination of the reception.

I had to book this place for my parents to stay while I was not personally there myself and they had a fantastic experience during their stay and felt very safe and comfortable. The staff and the manager (who happens to speak Farsi as well) were super nice in helping my parents with their request and questions and even organized a fairly priced bus for them to cross the border into Iran.

The staff

We were unlucky and got stomach flu (3 out of 4) during out visit and so did the majority of the hotel guests. The staff were though super helpful during that time.

the staffs are kind and helpful. the atmosphere of hotel was friendly and comfortable. all of us enjoy our holiday there. there is another good thing and it is tea and cake time in the afternoon :D

its better to have different type of breakfast.

This hotel was amazing. The rooms were enormous, and bathroom was luxurious (it really does have a two-person jacuzzi hot tub). The dinner was outstanding; food portions very large and all dishes delicious.

A few minor maintenance jobs (tightening of screws, taps, etc) could be done, but it wasn't an issue for us.

We loved this place! Everything is so great here. Free parking, delicious breakfast and the accommodation is so stylish and clean. The staff here is so nice, friendly and helpful. They even offer many additional services, including spa for a very good price. When I come back to Van this month, I will definitely book this awesome place again! Many thanks for our stay. You did our stay in lake Van unforgettable.

Wonderful staff. Not everyone speaks English, but enough do. Large, clean room with option for room service (big menu). On site spa, which is very affordable. Extensive breakfast spread with healthy options. Walking distance to everywhere. Overall, extraordinary great value. Will return.

Very clean hotel. Located close to the city centre, with very helpful staff, provinding a lot of information. Breakfast was amazing - lots of choices, food is extremally fresh.

Really nice staffs. they are so helpful and kind, we could feel why the eastern part of Turkey is called 'place of warm hearted people'. we would love to thank all of them again, and wish to visit there some day. Room was clean. breakfast was nice, location is also good.

It seems they run smoking/non-smoking rooms. and we got smoking room the first day without being informed. So it would be better to leave a note about what type of room you prefer when you book.
