There was a beautiful ocean view, and breakfast was incredibly organized and delicious. The staff was kind, prompt, and professional, especially during the breakfast rush. The location is great, right in front of the Iracema beach. The rooms were perfect for our family!

The room service could be better. They were delayed, sent us the wrong food, no utensils. I understand, though, that it was around the holidays and the hotel was full, but perhaps some protocols (e.g., sending utensils with meals) could help.

All that was included for the price was very reasonable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who asked if they plan to visit Fortaleza, Brazil. I will use hotel again next year.

At this time there really was nothing that I can complain about. Free breakfast was fantastic along with the view of the beach. Air conditioning worked great and the shower was great too.

AAA location, breakfast buffet is 5 stars (huge selection and constantly replenished without anything running out) and the staff are so very warm and friendly. Beds were comfy and the room was spacious. Really good.

Excellent room size with good ocean view, more like a suite with sofa etc. Good breakfast, nice staff. Good location.

Some of the room fittings are becoming a bit aged and in need of some TLC. The cupboard space a bit limited for the size of the room and had a sticky sliding door. The bathroom arrangement was somewhat strange with small shower and WC room (with door) whilst the sink was separately located in an open plan area (no door). My guess is that in the past the bathroom has been modified.

The room was big, great view. Hotel is a little bit old, but they renovated it, and it's not bad at all. I would stay there again.

I stay here every time I am in Fortaleza. Great breakfast, great overall restaurant, wonderful hotel staff and perfect location with 50m to the beach.

Location at the boulevard

Second day we got a different room. But it was a wheelchair accessible room. Looked a bit funny for us. Long line for the reception during checkout. It was hard to reach someone for inquiries.

Staff is very friendly. Clean and spacious room. Excellent breakfast. Excellent location.

Rooms to not have drawers. There was a leak from the shower enclosure to the bathroom the needed to be fixed upon request. The shower handle in my room was just a "suggestion" as the water temperature would vary randomly.

It is stunningly beautiful. Across the road from a beautiful beach. Very comfortable beds, well appointed rooms. Friendly staff.

It was 10/10!
