As usual, I've had an all around pleasant and flawless stay. I'm a regular here and have already written a few reviews, so in order not to repeat too much I will just point out a few things: - for the first time I paid my stay at Idol online, partially with my credit from Booking.com's Wallet and it worked just fine; - although the hotel was full, there were enough parking places. Also, for other clients like me who don't like AC (the hotel has a well functioning AC system) , you can draw the curtains and leave the windows/balcony door open and you might do without the AC in most of the rooms ... I don't give the hotel max. points for Facilities, because there aren't any special leisure facilities and arrangements, but I personally don't need any and after all this is a business hotel. The hotel is 10 min. walking from the park Borovo oko (very nice lake) and 5 min. walking from the pedestrian zone in the centre with a cinema/theatre, coffee shops, bookstore and fast food options.

Great location, great breakfast options, the rooms are equipped with everything you need and in case you need something extra, just ask at the reception and they will arrange it for you. Nice restaurant with a homey feeling and a sensible selection of salads and meals. And yet best of all is that they are always willing to improve and add more value to the place - in a previous review I had mentioned that the desk lights were not designed for working & writing, after which the manager has replaced the desk lights in all rooms with new lights, which are better than my working desk light at home :) !!! So don't hesitate if you have an observations or recommendations for the hotel - talk to them and they won't be offended, but will thank you for sharing any suggestions that can help them improve even more.

I am a regular here (and a fan) and this is not the first review I am writing a review of Idol, but I will do it again, since it is the best hotel in town (and possibly in the region) and one of my all-time favourite hotels. They have everything you need, especially when travelling for work: location easy to reach and central, clean comfortable rooms with nice design and homey feeling, guarded parking, good desks and work lighting, good beds, mosquito nets and whatnot. Best of all are the people - they take your comments seriously and may do something you suggested, as they are always trying to upgrade and improve. Balconies in all standard rooms. Super nice restaurant. Great breakfast and good food in general. Hotel Idol deserves a medal :D

This hotel is a little gem , its a MUST for anyone who is thinking about visiting Targovishte. Staff were excellent, friendly and polite. The room we stayed at was huge, very clean and brought comfort. Will definitely visit again

The rooms were clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The restaurant served delicious Bulgarian and international cuisine. The amenities, are not there, but you can explore other options if you ask reception. The hotel's attention to cleanliness and safety was commendable. The bed ensured a restful sleep, and the bathroom was well-appointed. Complimentary Wi-Fi and on-site parking were convenient. Hotel Idol is a true gem

Besides being very nice and spacious it provides quite nice experince in the restaurant areas as well. The staff is so nice and helpfull .

- the hotel is at the centre - free parking spots, some with roof - excellent breakfast, you can choose from 8 options - every room is unique and painted in lovely colors - you have a hairdryer in every room - some rooms are with terrace - there is a compliment sweets :)

- it was a little cold in our room when we entered - the door cannot open and close properly

Modest hotel from the outside, with very friendly staff. Inside it is spacious, the design was simply surprising, the room is not very big, but cozy and bright, warm!! The bed is big and comfortable, parking is on site. The shower is good, everything is there. The location is good - in the very center. The breakfast is wonderful!! Thank you all.
