Excellent and healthy Breakfast. Super quality, caring staff, lots of choices, superb view. They have started with upgrading our room to suite without any additional fee. Everyday cleaning and towel changes. Restaurant was taken care by owner himself. Set up a high quality dinner and lunch according to our wishes. Very caring to our Kids. I felt super happy with the choice.

Nothing as such, but they have such a great property. I recommend set up some playground and activities for Kids, so that we can relax even more. They have a very clean swimming pool though.

We had a fantastic experience at Villa Franceschi! Our room was recently renovated—modern, stylish, and spotless—with a lovely private terrace overlooking the peaceful gardens. The hotel grounds are stunning, with a beautiful park and a great outdoor swimming pool that made for a perfect afternoon. The staff were friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming from start to finish. Located in a charming little Italian town, the hotel offered the perfect mix of relaxation and local charm. Highly recommended—we will definitely return!

We stayed there for one night with our dog. We got an upgraded room, which was beautiful. Thank you again for it. In the room there was a small bed for our dog too. The staff was realy kind and helpful. We will definetely go back for a longer stay.

Beautiful setting & park, very nice newly renovated room, direct access from the room to the park (we have dogs). We had a major complaint as our room-service didn‘t arrive within one hour and when asking the staff reacted not in the right way; but finally it was clear that the mistake was based on a misunderstanding and the staff apologized in a very nice way and gave us the room-service free of charge. So happy end and a very nice stay after all.

Breakfast should be a little more fancier, need fish and avocado..greens.. Place is on the way to Venice. ( But not ... instead of standing in Venice!) And.....100%you need a car! Taxi to Venice is 70€. And 70€ to come back. Public transport is available... But..

I was delighted to meet the owner. The staff was amazing. we tried the restaurant and food and wine were outstanding on recommendation of the sommelier! will definitely go back there!

Nothing it has perfect charm as it is. You don’t go here if you want every facility of a five star hotel but if you want Venetian boutique family run hotel with a great restaurant to compliment it this is your place.

Exceptional hotel with amazing facilites. The garden was truly impressive, as well as the decor and the rooms. The staff was absolutely excellent, very attentive and helpful. We were more than impressed by the owner, Alessandro, who made sure our stay was perfect. Moreover, very convenient location, close to Venice, but also to other nice destinations like Verona. Totally recommend this accomodation if you are looking for a quiet, relaxing and luxurious hotel.

Extraordinary experience. The most attentive staff you will find. Unusual as it may sound, the bed linens were the most plush I’ve ever seen. The property is very historic and lovely and is convenient to Venice, Murano and Burano. This allowed a 20 minute car service ride meaning we were a short distance away from the bustle and crush of tourists. The hotel restaurant was superb. Fantastic stay.

Please understand this is not a modern hotel. The owners have tried to maintain its authenticity while balancing comfort. Rooms are filled with antiques and the bathroom is older. This was not a complaint, but it must be noted. We loved it and would not hesitate to return or recommend it as a 5 star property.
