The accomodation has a really good price-value ratio. You can get to Piazzale Roma (Venice) in like 30-40 minutes with a bus that runs quiet frequently. The breakfast was good. The room had an authentic vibe and the bed was really comfortable. Our room had a nice view of the garden and it was quiet at the night. We only met our host, Fausto once in the morning as we arrived late at night to the house (self check-in is possible, what is awesome). He was very energetic and friendly! He helped us with everything that we needed and did more for us than that could be expected🙏🏼 It's a perfect stay for a couple of nights if you want to spend all of the day in Venice as buses runs from early morning to late at night. Especially good for a couple or a travel duo in my opinion.

The host was so friendly and welcoming. The room was exactly as the photos. The bathroom was so clean and also a good breakfast was ready in the room. I should mention that the host was so helpful and answered me so fast.

I just should mention that the location of the house is perfect for the person who has cars, but if you don't have cars, you can not plan to come and go after the evening, cause it's on sub urban and there's no specific pathways to reach the hotel from bus station. But we loved our host and the place.

The A/C worked. We slept like babies. We considered staying longer but had to get back home. The room had a fridge, WiFi and a large bed. It was located pretty close to downtown Venice, which was our goal. The room was dated but clean. Plenty of parking.

The breakfast in the room was fruit in the fridge, some pastries and coffee pods. The pastries were good, but I wouldn't call it breakfast, it was more like snacks.

Kind staff, Owner Fausto gave us some great advice for traveling to Venice. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Supermarket is a 2 minute drive and Venice is just 20 minutes away. Great place to enjoy all things Venice/Veneto offers, but also gives a little bit of quiet before the (tourist) storm

Our host was very kind and accommodating. Location induces some planning to get in and out from Venice itself but there is a bus stop nearby, so it's ok The room was very nice and comfortable 👍

The property manager was super kind and helpfull. The location for 1 night stay is perfect, the rooms are equipped quite well, the bed is comfortable. Bedroom and bathroom was perfectly clean. Breakfast was "medium-continental", enough and tasty to start the journey after, but only included sweets. We are coffee-enthusiasts, so we could imagine better coffee, however we understand, that it is not always possible :-) Parking was also good.

Nothing, which could be fixed by the owner :-) (the day and night were extremely warm, but we were tired enough to have a good sleep, even with opened window and traffic on the road)

We were very happy with the bus transfer to Venice, very easy and quick. The b&b is decorated with love, and Fausto gave us so much useful advice for visiting Venice! Grazie mille, we had a wonderful time.

The apartman was super comfortible.the owner friendly.nice tidy super rooms.the bed soft,clean.the air conditioner was only in the hall but we left open the doors and was ok.I will coming back here 100%

We stayed only one night but we really enjoyed the stay. The host was very kind and helpful and showed us everything. There are some toys for kids outside the house. There is air conditioning in the hall of the building. If you drive to Venice its a very short journey (6-7min to the bridge)

The owner gave us a lot of practical information how to get to Venice. Internet was ok. Location good if with car.

Not so new furniture but not critical.
