The breakfast its really good, the staff its so gentle and friendly. The hotel is comfortable.

I did'nt saw a blower for the hair even i like to take a shower but im this appointed lock of things. Too cold specially in the morning, its hard to start a day.even its summer time. Its hard to find in google map always wrong way. Pleaae let give the exact direction for your hotel speciall for the beginner like us. The time its precious for take long to find the hotel.too tired to walk and find the short way. Thank you.

The room was a nice size and clean. Downstairs, there was a small shop where we were able to buy water and other supplies. The staff were generally very friendly. The bus and tram stops were a very short walk away and transport was reliable and on time.

The location around the hotel itself was a little sparse, mainly houses and some little restaurants which seemed to serve the locals more than tourists (not an issue at all of course, just struggled with minimal Italian). However the transport links are excellent and we spent most of the holiday exploring Venice and Verona anyway.

Hotel Nuova Aurora fulfilled my requirements exactly. I was looking for a hotel near to Fusina ferry port and this was 10 minutes drive away. The facilities were good but there is scope for some refurbishments. However, the air conditioning and the WiFi were both excellent. There are a couple of restaurants/eating places within five minutes walk of the hotel but the majority are around a 15-20 minute walk. The one I chose was good. Breakfast was a coffee (of your choice) and a croissant; there are cold waters and soft drinks for purchase.

Bus stops were close by and it was only one bus ride to Venice. The receptionist was very helpful. It was very convenient to buy bus tickets at reception. Parking was bus re and the bathroom was spacious and warm. There were no problems with the internet.

I would venture to say that I could hear my neighbour's voice very well But they were good, well-meaning neighbours, so it was quiet after midnight.

Our stay was great. The hotel was good. The reception desk provided excellent support. They provided transport card as well from there which was extremely helpful for us. They packed the breakfast as requested as we left early in the morning. They also arranged for cab for us to go to the Train station. Just outside the hotel you will get the bus stop - so it worked great for us. The locality was calm and clean.

It's a simple, smaller hotel. We were satisfied, considering we just needed a place to sleep while visiting Venice. The room was clean and the location wasn't even that bad for what I read in other reviews. The bus stops there every few minutes. The staff were all very kind and helpful, sometimes even a little shy.

The only think I didn't like was probably just the coffee during breakfast. As a barista, when I watched the staff prepare a simple espresso, my heart broke a little.

For what you pay the room is decent and clean, bathroom was great, small shower but good water system. Fridge as advertised. Far from Venice but bus stop for bus 53E into Venice 200m up the road and staff sell the day round tickets for next to nothing.

Location, but not the hotels fault, just not much amenities nearby at all for at least 1km. Far from train/bus station, especially with the taxi prices. Breakfast is 'just' a croissant with tea/coffee.

Everything was wonderful, I highly recommend this hotel, very cute surrounded by trees in a quiet neighborhood. We were there for 5 days at the end of October. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is always someone at the reception 24/7. The room was clean and cosy. There is a bus station literally 2 minutes walk from the hotel which takes you directly to Venice (bus 53E) Venice is approximately 15-20 minutes by bus. There is a tram station too, 6 minutes walk from the hotel, if you wanna go to Mestre or Marghera. We visited Florence too during our stay and we had an early train to catch so we took another bus (#43) which took us directly to the train station of Mestre (before 6am) which was very convenient, especially that early. The hotel staff gave us our coffees in a cup on our way. Everything is very accessible, you don't need to rent a car. You can buy the bus tickets at the reception, it costs only 1,5 € per ticket. They gave us a map too of Venice which was very practical. For breakfast we had a very tasty croissant, juice and a coffee. There is a lovely Trattoria restaurant very close to the hotel, we ate there pizza, pasta and desserts, everything was delicious and inexpensive too.

What a gem! Such a beautiful hotel, it was such a wonderful surprise! Fantastic reception staff, rooms are nice, clean and the mattress is a dream. The breakfast is italian style, a tasty croissant and coffee, could not fault it. Inside the hotel there are beautiful paintings and all feel luxurious. There is also a laundrette service just beside the hotel. Venice is easy to reach, the bus stop is just few meters away. Definitely recommend it!

We got our room upgraded after finding the heating in the allocated room not working. The hotel owner was very helpful and took the bus with us to Venice. There are grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance

The place is quite far from Venice. We rely on public bus transport from Venice Roma Station. It's a challenge for us initially as we are not familiar with the bus stops there.
