I liked the comfortable beds, the sufficient amount of lighting. There are also many clean towels and the availability of a hair dryer. I liked the thick curtains, they do not let in the light and sun at all, so you can get some sleep. I arrived at the hotel with a family of three: I am a mother and my husband. We had a triple room with all amenities. The room was small for three adults, but we only needed one night's sleep. The room had three beds: a double bed and a single bed. The beds are comfortable. There was also a TV that we did not watch)) and a refrigerator. The location of the hotel was convenient for us. We found a bus that goes directly from us to Venice and decided that next time we would also consider this hotel for a trip to Venice. All in all, our stay there was great! The hotel is good, albeit with thin walls)

I didn't like that there were three of us, but they put 2 shower gels, they didn't give shampoo, and there was only one small bar of soap. We were also upset because my family went down to the reception 10 minutes after check-in, and everything there was already locked. It was not possible to find out how to pay for transport to Venice and the Wi-Fi password. The neighbour on the floor gave us the Wi-Fi password. Unfortunately, there are only 2 sockets for three beds. The third outlet was near the front door. What is bad, there are no cups or glasses in the room.

The lady at the reception was very helpful, and the room was very nice. The parking lot is spacious.

The bunk bed surprised me, I thought it would be a double bed, and two separate ones, not a double and a bunk bed. 😅 Otherwise the bed was super comfy! You can see lot of interesting faces in the neighborhood, but nothing special.

Staff were lovely and spoke English. The staff also provided locations for lunch/ dinner nearby. There were bus stops directly across from the hotel , however we booked a uber/ taxi to the cruise terminal

The tv was not a smart tv and therefore we were unable to access it. Not a major issue, :)

Very clean with a very helpful staff that made my visit to Venice simpler and easier than expected. Bus stop takes you and brings you back exactly in front of the property and I could leave my car safely parked with them and travel carefree to venice. Bus ride takes 15 minutes and costs 2 €, dropping you in Piazzale Roma at Venice gates.

For the price asked it’s a solid stay for a night or two if you’re flying by Venice. Room had a fridge, free parking on site is useful and there is a bus stop to the city just outside.

I’d recommend getting any food/drinks in advance because reception is closed in the evening so if you go out and get back late then there aren’t any options.

It was exactly what we needed it to be: a room for a short night before hitting the road. The staff communicated very well and made it very easy.

Breakfast wasn’t included in the price, and all that breakfast was was coffee and packaged brioche. I would have been nice to have that included as it was nothing special.

It was a bit tricky to arrive because the address on Booking was incorrect. But after we contacted the staff all was clear. There are not many options of restaurants within walking distance, but there is a mall with food court.

Very warm welcome from the ladies at reception, friendly and helpful. Super convenient location, bus stop to Venice is literally on the doorstep. I'd definitely recommend this hotel and certainly will be back again.

The location is perfect, We drove from Austria to the hotel and just parked inside the parking space, and then the bus station was just in front of the hotel to access Piazzale Roma.

Nothing at all, it was worth the cost we paid.

location of the bus stop was right outside, perfect. 20-25 minutes into the centre. buy the €1.50 tickets as they try to make you buy the €4 in the centre.

it is a nice property, basic but nice.
