Comfortable bedding, room was always cleaned to a high standard, water was hot, fast wifi speeds & hotel was very quiet which was ideal. Bus stops directly outside the hotel as advertised which was convenient. Only drawback was there being only one lift which meant a small queue to get downstairs to checkout if you weren’t strong enough to carry your case down the stairwell. Therefore, if you’re catching an early bus to the airport, be sure to leave enough time to get downstairs with your cases.

We had a great stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. The rooms were clean and pleasant, and the breakfast was tasty with a good variety—great value for the price. One of the biggest advantages was the location: easy access, a spacious parking lot (including underground parking), and a nearby bus station that made switching to public transport for trips to Venice very convenient.

The A/C was not really effective.

Toilet in the room doesn't have exhaust ventilation which could be started whenever required by the guest. We were told that exhaust ventilation is run by the staff only. Very strange and for the very first time have run into such system. That's the only thing that wasn't particularly satisfied with, otherwise all good, girl at the reception was more than helpful on giving some tips and tricks for visit to Venice.

a)the professionalism of personnel? 10/10. Helpful and friendly at all times. b)accommodation in excellent condition. A perfect pit stop for travelers who need a quiet and peaceful brake from their journey-trip. High value place for my standards. The personnel earned my trust and high evaluation. Especially after my last visit and the technical problems i was facing with my transportation. I left with an honest, satisfied smile on my face.

Awesome neighbourhood, great location just a couple of minutes to bus-stop where you can directly reach to Venice island and the place had an option to keep the luggage in their locker room

The location, its 5-6 km from the mestre station and if you miss the only bus near the property you will need to walk 1-2 km to other bustops, which is very risky at times you have a bus or train to catch

Nothing about hotel. It’s more related to bus (public transport) service from venice to hotel. It’s not on time, and you cannot rely on what map is showing. Bus no. 53E sometimes doesn’t go directly to hotel.

Free parking for guests. The staff was very responsive and kind. Wide and good breakfast. Great location with good information on how to get to Venice.

Room numbering. We booked two rooms and at the start there was problems finding them. Room numbering was not logical, they were scattered all over the floor and not number consecutively. Air conditioning was working only in one room.

Great place to stay when visiting Venice. - 20 minutes bus 53E away from Venice bus station, bus comes at 1 hr interval, last bus back hotel is 0000 - very affordable and convenient option - room is clean, check-in is smooth and very very nice environment - quiet and serene view from the hotel. - catching the bus can be stressful sometimes because there’s only 1 bus per hour. - but considering its price, convenience and everything the hotel has to offer, there’s no reason not to consider it when you are looking for the most wallet-friendly option but without compromising much of ur venice experience Note: if you are looking to see sunrise at Venice, the bus arrive as early as 0519, but we are too lazy for that Note2: a little bit tricky to get here from Venice ME station, might as well just take train to Venice SL and take the 53E bus (the timetable is attached)

Nothing to be complained of really

This place was such a surprise! We stopped here overnight when we found out our ferry was rescheduled a day later than we planned. Best part is the friendly staff. Wonderful people! The room was simple but very clean and comfortable. The whole place, while a little old, was extremely well cared for. I'd come back again in a heartbeat. We did not try the breakfast because we were in a hurry to catch the ferry

Nothing!

Abundant breakfast each morning, with a good variety of foods. Includes eggs, sausage, bacon, bread, croissants, coffee, juice and others. The hotel is only 1 minute walk from the bus station, however please note that the frequency of the buses is around 45 minutes and it takes 35 minutes to get to Venice. The staff are very supportive, they even sell bus tickets at the reception and can advise you on bus times and attractions in Venice.

Everything was according to the price paid.
