The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and forthcoming. The rooms were clean and nice looking (I think they were renovated not long ago). WiFi was working nicely in the rooms. The location is perfect to visit Venice city, since the tram T1 is very close by and it's very cheap for return ticket (3 EUR).

We booked two rooms, in one of them the refrigerator didn't work. It wasn't an issue for us, since we had the other one. Bigger issue was that it was very hot in the rooms (over 25 degrees), because AC system in the building wasn't switched to cooling. So, however the staff tried to lower the temperature, it didn't work. Opening the windows would help, but since there was a flat roof in front of the windows, we didn't feel comfortable sleeping with windows open, since you could enter the room via the roof.

The hotel was as described. No frills but clean and very functional. Location wise it was very well located with a Tram about 3-4 minutes walk on one side of the hotel and a bus stop about 2 minutes away on the other side. The train station itself was a 5 min cab ride away as well if you needed. The staff were very efficient around information as well as helping with a cab. The staff in the breakfast area are also very attentive and caring.

1) Still cant fathom why they refuse to provide a hot water kettle in the room. It's been a constant feedback even when i was reading online 2) All rooms have a bath tub so need to be careful in case you need a room with a shower area that is accessible for anyone with limited mobility or anyone old. I believe there are just 2 with a shower area and they were taken which meant there werent any options for our elderly mother (having said that we should have checked i suppuse) 3) One of the few places i have been that charges you a deposit for an extra card. 4) For the price the breakfast is really very good, would be willing to pay a little more for more fresh stuff but then again that is just us, for the price I think they still did a great job.

Everything was good. The staff was polite. The room was clean, warm. The room had everything we need. Water, clean towels, hot water and other amenities. While we were away in Venice, they cleaned the room. There is a team station just few minutes away from the hotel, that takes to to Venice. It takes about 10 minutes to get there. The tram goes everyten minutes till the midnight, so its very convenient. The single ticket was 1,5e. There was breakfast, that were also simple but good. A big plus for coming and offering coffee at the breakfast table😊

The bed was really uncomfortable to sleep…

It was near the tram station and had free parking in front of the hotel. The staff was really nice and helpful.

The bathtub was leaking.

The room was clean and met all the expected standards for this type of hotel. Very helpful hotel staff.

The location was a bit too far from the main attractions, although there are plenty of bus and tram stops nearby. Unfortunately, we didn’t have the best experience as there was a public transport strike in Italy during our stay, which made getting around difficult. Also, the breakfast was not as good as expected for the price charged – it felt quite basic.

Incredibly convenient to Venice with the ease of being outside. Saw so many people dragging luggage inside Venice which is misery. We pulled right up to hotel door to unload car. Very close to gas station, parking and garage parking. Excellent breakfast. Nice lobby bar, simple and sufficient. Easy for delivery drivers to bring food. Maybe the BEST shower/water pressure in all of Italy.

Lobby decor is peculiar. The rooms/hallways are very simple and modern but the lobby is traditional and a little strange.

A great hotel with lovely staff. The room was small but clean (very important for me). Had a lovely variety of food for breakfast which was enjoyed. A 5 minute walk to the tram line (take T1 line) where you pay €1.50 to go into Venice mainland which I thought was a bargain compared to other modes of transport. The tram accepts contactless payments now! All in all a great location to stay for a cheaper price to explore Venice. Although around the hotel, there wasn’t much to do. It did seem like it was in a family neighbourhood so had no problems.

Didn’t have all the standard bathroom amenities (shower gel). Really small bedroom window with no view (maybe because it’s in a neighbourhood which I didn’t know when booking)

Large breakfast buffet. Clean and comfortable rooms. Fantastic location - 12 minutes by bus or tram from Venice (stops just around the hotel), 15 minutes by taxi (fixed cost: 35 EUR) to Venice Marco Polo Airport (VCE). Taverns, restaurants, cafes and markets around the hotel. Very calm district. And you are exempt from paying the Venice Access Contribution (5 EUR per person per day in selected weekends in year 2024) but you will need to have a QR-code (visit https://cda.ve.it/en) proving your stay at this facility.

Everyday the same set of dishes for breakfast.

This is a lovely hotel a short walk to the tram stop that takes you to Venice in about 20 mins. Much better value than staying in Venice itself, and you stay in a more local area with a couple of nice restaurants and pizza bars. Mestre itself is about 15 min walk, which is a nice town. Top tip - buy a travel card when you arrive in Venice - it will cover the cost of water buses and the tram/buses. The breakfast was really lovely, I particularly liked the scrambled eggs.

Breakfast was great. Room was okay, we requested separate beds and beds were joint. Location was okay, but it's in the commercial zone so nothing around. Close to transportation to Venice City/Island.

Breakfast. Hotel offers no transfer, but they can arrange; however, be prepared to be ripped off. I had to get to Ravenna Royal Caribbean Cruise Port from the hotel location, which costs $50 with RC's transfer or public transpiration but if you ask hotel, they'll try to rip you off ... they wanted to charge me about $450 Euros for the same transfer which was insane!
