The Castelo de Itaipava is undoubtedly a magnificent property, offering an impressive blend of historical charm and architectural authenticity. However, one minor aspect for consideration is the lift, which could benefit from the addition of a dedicated one for staff to enhance operational efficiency. Additionally, while the castle’s surroundings are delightful, an expansion of the garden areas would further elevate the overall experience, providing guests with more opportunities to enjoy the beauty of the outdoors. These are minor points for improvement on an otherwise exceptional property.

The place is beautiful, with a very moody castle ambience. the room was very comfortable. The surrounding area is also very good for taking photos.

There's only a single elevator for the whole place so, when it's fully booked, getting up and down can be a problem. The food in both restaurants is good but not exceptional.

Staff was very attentive & professional. It was nice to know that there were 2 other places that could be used (Bom Tempo I & Bom Tempo II).

The amusement park that is near the hotel (faz parceria) needs maintenance work.

Great atmosphere, the castle and landscape were incredible.

Very unique experience to sleep in a castle here in Brazil. Super pet friendly as well!!

The rooms are not very sound proof and there are people walking/talking through the hallways all morning and night. Just ask for a room in a corner somewhere.
