Overall, it was a really good experience. A spacious apartment that can accommodate 4-5 people and pets. Clean, neat and practical. Also Grobming is a perfect location to stay. Very close to skiing places and great lakes. Very nice view from the apartment! Plus, the owners provided us with sufficient flexibility regarding check-in and check-out times.

One thing to improve: Owners charge extra 70 Euros if you travel with a dog. This isn't explained clearly and visibly in the Booking.com's "about this property" section. Later I've found out that it is written in the "guest questions" section though. But still, I haven't seen such a pricing method and pricing communication before, so this situation slightly annoyed me. Don't get me wrong, I wouldn't mind paying this fee at all if it was specified clearly beforehand or if it was included in the total price, after all it is a very nice apartment and even the increased price would still be worth paying for this great place.

The apartment is just perfect in all aspects. Spacious, modern, quality materials and equipment, perfect use of space, fantastic cozy lighting, elegant bathroom, coffee machine with grinder, kitchen counter-bar end. Drink vending machine in front of the house, parking directly in front of the house. Nice view, babbling brook. The only "disadvantage" is that it is in the valley, near the highway, but too close, so it is not noisy, not smelly, and no one cares about such a beautiful interior. There are blinds, you have to look the other way, or sit outside with a glass of complimentary wine. :)

Nice apartment with beautiful view, the kitchen offers all you need including a coffee machine with beans.

The cleaning staff need to pay more attention, the radiator in the bathroom was full of dust. An elementary aspect is related to the kitchen sponge, which should be new and not used. The property does not offer a sommer card, I recommend that you pay attention to this because the card offers many freebies and discounts, even if you pay more for accommodation, it is certainly more advantageous than a property that offers this card. Check on the internet what sommer card offer.

This apartment looks like new and is spacious, stylish and very well equipped. We particularly enjoyed the outside space with sun umbrella and the fantastic view of the mountains. The host was very responsive to our queries and everything in the apartment showed great attention to detail, including streaming channels in English and a very nice bottle of wine on arrival. We appreciated the washing and drying facilities, but as they are communal it is a good idea to coordinate with the housekeeping staff as the laundry gets very busy at times.

Be aware that the summer card is not available here. The host told us that he is able to offer a better price without it and that is a fair point, we did think the price for the apartment was very reasonable and good value for money compared to similar accommodation.

Great, spacious, modern and very tastefully furnished apartment with a fully equipped kitchen and cleaning supplies. Even the beans are left for the coffee machine. You don't have to think about anything when you arrive. There are separate facility for laundry with washing supplies. Great staff giving very detailed information about self check which was very easy. After asking the staff for a later check out, they kindly agreed without an additional charge. Car parking near appartaments free of charge and you can park where you want. What I liked most about the apartment was the large windows and the beautiful view. Every time it was very pleasant to return. I highly recommend it.

Beautiful new house, quality furnishings, tasty decoration. Automatic coffee machine (coffee beans provided). Supply of toilet paper, bin bags, dishwashing products, basic cosmetics etc. Kitchen well suited for real cooking (there is oven, dishwashing machine, enough utensils Portable Bluetooth speaker to play your music.

Bed linen in not the same high quality as other equipment of the house. Pillows are huge, we could not use them for sleeping at all. There are no small cups (for espresso). If you are picky, bring your own coffee beans, shampoo etc. with you as well.

Amazingly clean and cozy. The building is new and very well furnished and decorated. The location is very nice and easy to reach. The kitchen was very well equipped as well. We have arrived and everything was already prepared, including the beds, so our kids only needed to prepare for sleep. The welcome wine bottle was the cherry on the cake! Well done! The attention to details is hard to find, but not on this property.

As a suggestion, blackout curtains that provide more “darkness” could be used.

The apartment is very clean, nice furnished and well equipped. There are enough parking lots for cars. The house is located in a quiet area. The host is very responsive, communication was easy. Extra: there is a coffee machine with coffee beans 😊 (It would be nice to have espresso cups as well, no criticism, just suggestion 😉) We were very satisfied, thank you for offering that great service.

The property was really nice, modern and very clean. We had an amazing stay there! :) Our apartament had 2 separate spacious bedrooms, a large living room with a dining table, and a fully equiped kitchen. The toilet and bathroom were both very large and clean. Also, the view was amazing! The communication with the owner was fast, good and the welcome wine was much appreciated! Just some suggestions of what we think could be improved: - it would be helpful to have soap also for the toilet sink. (We had only for the bathroom sink) - We are not sure if the heating for the bedroom was properly working. The floors were quite cold (colder than in the rest of the apartament) even though we had the heat turned on, and during the night it got quite chilly. Also, the blankets were quite thin. It was ok for us, but for the colder winters I think it would help to have either more heat in the bedrooms, or thicker blankets. Thank you

Very nice, well equipped and well furnished newly built apartments, with modern and stylish design. Located close to the ski resorts. Provided everything we needed for our stay. Booked last minute, very good value for money in the region.
