Apparment was good equiped, looking exactly how we seen it on photos. When you accept quite narrow and steep road to accomodation you will be rewarded. We loved the morning views from the top to the valley. Contactless process of accomodation was working perfect.

Everything was fine, except the strange smell in apparment inner space after our arrival. As we found out later it appeared everytime when appartment wasn´t ventilated for longer time (2-3 hours). But that was not such a big deal.

I love the enironment where I was not expected to meet a human being (except the other guests) for check-in, check-out and also in between, almost sci-fi feeling. Hotel and rooms are packed with luxury, everything inside is high end brand and great design.

Hotel is far away from “ski-in”, if you are expecting it from map visualisation. Closest lift (which was even closed due to weather some days) is good 10 mins walking distance up the road (with traffic) which is not what you want to walk in ski boots. Welness are 4 hot saunas and 8 lounges. Do not expect more and you are ok.

The accommodation is beautiful, bright, and spacious. The kitchen is very well-equipped, and the saunas are amazing – stylish with comfortable loungers for relaxing. However… If you plan to visit the saunas, I recommend bringing your own towel, as theirs are very small.

room was dusty, which was problematic for an allergy sufferer. Also, we missed having hand soap and perhaps shampoo in the apartment. The biggest issue was the lack of staff. We waited 30 minutes for someone to arrive at check-in, and even then, we didn’t get all the necessary information. At check-out, we couldn’t access our skis because the storage room was locked. After several phone calls, we finally received remote instructions to open it, which delayed us by 40 minutes and made us late for the slopes. The whole process felt like an escape room challenge, which was frustrating.

We liked everything starting from the private parking, the sauna, the kitchen amenities, the location, amazing view from the balcony, clean bathroom, ski room or the kindness of the staff. We'll book this accomodation again if we return to this area

There was no such thing, we informed ourselves about the distance to the chair lift or the toiletries beforehand

There was 4 of us and we had plenty of room and everything was cosy. We used the sauna and ski room.

There was nobody at the desk office for 3 days.

Very comfortable apartment with high quality equipment. View from the balcony is stunning.

Lack of basic soap or gel to clean hands. TV in living area did not work (antenna is not working).

Great place, approx. 200m to the Hofi I cable car. You can reach the apartment on skis. Perfect heated ski room, skis can also be left in a closed building outside the accommodation. Smaller, but very nice wellness center - the possibility to cool off in the snow is great. We used the option of fresh bread delivery.

The door handle falling out of the entrance door of our apartment. Sometimes an unpleasant smell from the shower, in the apartment and in the wellness area.

Great location of the apartment. Everything looks like new, stunning views and friendly staff. Definitely recommend!

Everything was excellent. The view, the apartement, the wellness, all of it was just perfect.
