Small and cosy hotel. Nice staff. Good breakfast but only boiled eggs on hot meals menu. Very good location, nice restaurant downstairs. Free parking in front of hotel.

Interior of rooms a bit worn out, not modern decisions but still cosy and ok.

The hotel is very well situated in the downtown of Bad Mitterndorf and it has its own restaurant, which is very convenient. Room was very comfortable with plenty of space for all three of us. We really enjoyed very rich breakfast with selection of all kind of food you can imagine. The hotel staff was very helpful and provided to us every morning a hot water for tee preparation in vacuum flask. We really enjoyed our weekend stay in this hotel.

Very good location close to the skibus stop and also close to the shops/restaurants. Nice hotel staff!

The breakfast was the same every morning, we would appreciate some pastries and fruits. Walls are thin, so you can hear people in next room if speaking loud/crying kids.

Large room with good storage space for packing and clothes. Comfortable beds. Very friendly staff. Fantastic breakfast with great variety. Restaurant in the hotel with very good food, even with several vegetarian dishes. Parking directly outside the door.

The only negative was that we could hear the neighbor in the next room very clearly.

The staff is very kind and helpful. They speak little English but tried to make us understand as much as possible. The breakfast is really tasty, you have a great selection of cheese, veggies and ham, cereals, sweets, etc. The baked goods are super fresh, probably coming from the bakery next door. We advise to try the restaurant also in the evening - the food looks and tastes wonderful and the waiter (a Hungarian gentleman) is really nice, giving some local recommendations. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the hotel is easy to approach and well located. We had a great time :)

The hotel is beautiful and the room was large, clean, and with a nice mountain view. Breakfast was delicious. The location is great as well.

The check-in experience could improve slightly by advising the guests on which floor is their room, giving a bit of guidance, etc..

Great overall, we will definitely return. The staff made everything possible to accommodate our late check-in. The breakfast was fantastic and the host was very welcoming and friendly.

Fantastic and very helpful staff, allowed me to store my luggage after the check-out on a Sunday even though the reception isn't normally staffed on Sundays. Perfect location: close to the centre, skibus stop right in front of the hotel.

We were told the restaurant was not open however when we went down stairs it was open and full of people. Guess it was a private function however they could have told us that as it was a bit confusing. Possible language issue and not a big deal as we found a nice restaurant close by.

Nicely furnished room. Tasty breakfast with enough options. Since it was one of the cheapest hotels in the area, it had very good value for money.

The mattresses were the cheapest ones, so it wasn't very comfortable sleeping. Having one soft egg per guest for breakfast is a strange choice.
