Good location. Friendly staff. Parking was great. Easy to find. Affordable. Great for our purposes

The bed light had the switch way down the cord and it was hard to find when needed. Our main light didn't have a shade and it was very bright. My daughter couldn't get the fresh toilet paper on the dispenser. These are all very minor things. But it may help you when you are looking to improve things.

No breakfast. The motel is going through a transformation and the owners are working hard to rebuild. There is a pool (not available now) but the rooms are huge with bathroom in the center dividing the area into 2 bed areas. Great for family travelling with kids. The price is extremely reasonable & in the Wolfville area so it makes a great home base. If management keeps going building the upgrades it will be a great place to stay for a week. All kinds of eating areas near by.

If you're looking for a high end place to stay, you'll pay a high price. This motel is so reasonably priced for what you're getting. The parking lot could use some help. We would rather stay here than in busy, crowded Wolfville which is just down the road.

I spent the last 15 or more years staying at the Inn at least 2 times a year and usually for 2 nights each visit. Location is great close to everything or a small taxi drive away.

For the price I couldn't have asked for anything else, and if I were displeased about something I would not keep coming back.

The rooms are very clean. They are tastefully decorated and not as outdated as I had anticipated, based on the building exterior and price point. I appreciated the more personal touch of a reservation reminder call, and the Customer Service Agent was very friendly, polite and helpful in every interaction. The room was very quiet, the bed was comfortable and I really liked the unexpected surprise of a rain shower!!! The location is great...close to restaurants and shops, yet surprisingly, not loud at all from the room. I would definitely stay here again.

The only thing I didn't like was that they only had wall mounted shampoo in the shower. It wasn't overly surprising, given the economical aspect of our stay. However, it would be awesome if they had shampoo,.conditioner and body wash. I'm fine with products being wall mounted. I just wish they had the 3 products available. Not a huge deal, it would just be a nice have.

The place is in a great location, close to shops, easy to get to. It felt homey! Staff were very friendly and I was able to check in very early, without a problem.

Bed could have been a bit softer but overall, it was a very comfortable place to stay. It actually had 2 comfortable chairs to sit in, which is unheard of nowadays with most furniture too low for older people.

Our room was exceptionally clean. Recently updated with care. Beds comfortable. Quiet despite being on a busy main road. Easy check in and check out process. Would happily return.

While it didn’t matter to us, the pool was closed so anyone looking forward to a dip should call ahead to check that it is open. Would have liked to see more outlets or charging capability’s for a family with phones, Apple Watches, iPads, laptops - all needing a recharge. Perhaps outfitting each room with a simple power bar from the Dollar store ?

Location, quiet, cleanliness (excellent), water pressure in shower was excellent, abundance of great towels, mini-fridge, microwave, professional and very helpful cleaning staff.

no Kleenex supplied in room, perhaps instructions at check-in how to lock doors when leaving room (simple, but some of us may be unfamiliar with these types of locks).

The location was excellent. Room was nice size and very clean. TV was a nice size and on the wall where viewing was really good. Bathroom was moderate and up to date with new toilet and fixtures!!! A/C worked wonderfully and did not make noise to keep you awake. lol Over all it was a nice quiet place even though it was just off the main street through New Minas!!! Definitely returning for sure :)

There was no breakfast available. And the pool was closed due to Covid which we really could not understand for Covid is no longer a threat. Its considered to be like the common cold and flu! Just sayin . .. .

Central location, very clean rooms and updated interior, Staff at front desk was very friendly and professional. Office was handicap acessible.

Handicap access was only available to the rooms by the employees only room otherwise the step to get to the room was way to high. The bathroom was not handicap accessible although i could bring my walker into the washroom. The only other issue I had was you are charged more for the deposit than the cost of the room for night

The staff was very attentive making sure I would know where to find my room key if I arrived after the front desk was closed. The room was newly renovated and very clean and comfortable. I felt very safe. It is in the middle of town and once I arrived I could easily walk to get a bite to eat or pick up a snack from the grocery store.
