This hotel was lovely. Not cheap, but I stayed 5 days and it it is the price for a good hotel in the area when I stayed. I had double room, the bed was huge. Very clean and neat. Big TV with Netflix and English audio. Lots of tea and coffee in the room! Breakfast was great. As I was there for a festival they moved the opening hours back so we could sleep a bit longer, eat later. Staff were very friendly and helpful! I had some basics questions and all answered and solved very quickly! Really nice hotel, period features, etc.

Only thing I can think is the room can get warm and the road a bit noisy in morning due to some traffic and shops, but it is in the centre of a nice town, so either where earplugs, or stay in the countryside ;) I opened the windows in the day and it was fine for me!

I was a guest at nelly kelly’s during a music festival in july. The keycard retrieval worked well (reception only open in the morning), i had a room on the second floor and the irish pub part was not in operation during my stay. I was really impressed by the room as it was spacious, very clean and seemed newly renovated. Two windows were able to ventilate the room to a comfortable temperature. The multilingual staff was very friendly and cheerful during breakfast time. The location is nice; several restaurants, the old town square and krakonoš brewery/restaurant are in short walking distance. Looking forward to stay there again!

Perfect location, nice and friendly staff. Quiet and spacious. Nicely decorated. Good breakfast. We will definitely consider staying there again, but we'll ask to avoid the attic room.

We got the attic room. Many stairs (didn't bother us), but the room was hot every time we got in as we don't leave the AC on when we're not in the room. The room has a small and a very noisy "mobile" style AC which is perfectly cooling itself, but needs a lot of time to really change the temp in the room. The room has 2 roof windows, that once opened, deliver better cooling as hot air can get out, but it feels unsafe to leave them open when not in the room and at night, as rain (or someone) might get in.

The hotel is very new and exceptionally clean. The room is well-equipped with a kettle, fridge, and coffee machine, along with a wide selection of coffee and tea. The bathroom includes thoughtful amenities such as shampoo, body lotion, shower gel, and even a dental kit. Breakfast is delicious, offering a great start to the day. The location is also perfect—right next to many shops and restaurants, making everything easily accessible. Parking was not an issue during the weekend and we parked for free.

Bear in mind that there is no elevator. It was not a problem for us.. but can be for some guests...

This place was a whole package! Large room, everything was very clean, comfy bed and pillows(!), quiet little fridge and tasty lavaza coffee machine. The seating area was another bonus. Great breakfast and all staff exceptionally pleasant all the time. I will definitely stay here again!

Room were tidy, bathrooms clean and supplied. Downstairs is the dining area with an amazing bar space in the style of a ol'Irish pub. Locations is superb close to the center of Trutnov. Nearby are restaurants and a few shops. Great place for a stay.

There was nothing that I did not like.

facility in a great location in the heart of the town.. very nice room large bed very comfortable TV set, small fridge bathroom, great service, especially the girl who welcomed us with great pleasure, thank you very much, we will definitely come back next year!!

There is no elevator, and location in old town- one way roads, difficult to park. And Irish pub in the first flour is closed at the moment, but there are good bars near.

Very friendly staff... always making sure we were comfortable and so on... I would definitely go back....as... even if you miss your breakfast time they would make sure you are fed before leaving..mm top notch 😀... love it thanks
