Clean, calm, sauna included, good breakfast, the restaurant nice with amazing meat quality and good service, bonus the possibility to charge the EV.

Not all the services were explained during the check-in, such as Sauna, etc. The employees struggled a bit or maybe didn't like to speak English. We asked towels pillow for our son, which were not in the room but never arrived. The bathroom not very kid friendly, very high toilette.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. We didn't speak the language well, but this was never an issue. Breakfast was a good variety of foods and plentiful.

Beds are quite soft, a bit too soft for me.

Very clean. Comfortable, big room. A late check-in at 21.00 was possible.

I didn't like the coffee at breakfast.

Room was very clean. Dinner at the hotel was very nice.

One of the reasons we booked the hotel was due to the wonderful green views we saw in the photos. Unfortunately our room was located on the ground floor overlooking a parking lot. Also the hotel is listed as dog friendly, but someone yelled at me (not sure if it was staff or guest) for having my dog on my lap at the table, even though we were sitting in the dog friendly section. Overall not a great experience
