Very easy access to the pool and the beach. Big and clean swimming pool. Friendly staff, and great response to feedbacks from administration.

Hotel membership discounts do not apply to reservations through Booking. We were oriented to avoid reserving through Booking in order to not miss membership discounts. I believe it should be more clear in hotel description in Booking.

I enjoyed the pool bar though it closes too early, I liked breakfast healthy options and the gym

I didn't like that some guests used personal speakers to listen to music in public areas. They woke me up while I was napping near the beach. I reported it but they did it again. And I couldn't use the hammock in my terrace because there were too many insects

Some rooms are bad isolated. The ants get in from the window. It needs to be remodel or fixed. The staff cleans very well everyday but the ants/bugs still get in.

The facilities are really nice, the pool is great, accommodation comfortable, good offers for families with kids!!

Value for money - not the cost for the booking (accommodation) but everything you consume at the facility is way to expensive - food, drinks, sand toys for kids, you feel like ripped off because they know there are no other shops or restaurants close

Many local tourists come to get drunk at the pool which seems to be wanted by the hotel as there is a Bar inside the pool. Not very Family friendly when this Kind of behaviour is Not prohibided

Very friendly staff. Clean facility, and the pool was sparkling clean !! Loved it ! Maria Juarez, our room cleaning lady, was amazing and very professional. She did an excellent job keeping our room in great condition every day of our stay, so kudos to her !! 👏

Wonderful beach, incredible pool (with underwater stools at the bar), beautifully designed and maintained. The hotel is very modern, very clean and very beautiful. My Jr. Suite was large, clean, very comfortable, and included a very large balcony with a stunning view of the ocean. The staff were all helpful, cheerful, a joy. My stay was near perfect and I cannot wait for my next trip there.

The food in the restaurant was so-so. I think they would be better off scaling back the huge dinner menu with the hopes that a narrower focus will improve quality. The included breakfast is much better than most hotel, although the cooked food was fairly cold.

It would be great if there were more basic medicines at the topic.
