Lemon TREE is one of the best hotels to stay in style . They even gave us an upgraded king room as we were a couple . The location service comfort everything id on point . When u enter the hotel , u feel luxury with the interiors of the hotel as all rooms are centrally placed with capsule lift . Breakfast had an amazing spread with all varieties and karat has and dosas and omelettes being served hot at the table . on request they gave us an extended checkout of 2 pm as our flight was of 4.15 pm . We also saw specially abled people serving as waiters and at housekeeping service which is a part of the hotel policy and a very good initiative. . The hotel is located at 30 mins distance from airport and railway station . Will always prefer staying here while I m in Indore Thanks Lemon Tree for the extraordinary hospitality. Though the hotel we stayed was from 25 yrs everything was well maintained and spicy and down.

First- location is excellent! If you are looking for a central location that's close to airport and station, close to Chhappan, Sarafa market and Rajwada...this is the hotel! Very conveniently located with auto rickshaws plying regularly. Also, tons of shop around... Second- room size was really bug. Excellent for 3 adults.

Hotel seems to have aged and not too gracefully. You can easily witness the cracks and wrinkles. Staff aren't that efficient. Very warm and welcoming yet rather slow in response.

Very well maintained, check in was smooth, early check in and late check out request were accepted by staff without any hassle. Very spacious lobby, comfortable waiting area while we check in, all the amenities were present in room as mentioned on site. Great location, proximity to mall, and top city attractions. Very wide spread of tasty breakfast, which includes Indore’s local cuisine. Hats off to Chef for preparing such delicacies.

Balcony was spacious but floor was too dirty, also there was no patio furniture to sit and relax. Both TV’s set top box had same frequency remote so it was difficult to surf channels simultaneously on both tv’s. Recreation area need some housekeeping, it looked neglected. Also there was no table tennis ball, but only rackets.

Very clean and courteous staff. Actually we were looking for a room which could accomodate 3 of us and we were provided with a huge suite with extra bed. Absolutely satisfied with the arrangement.

Was not particularly happy with the spread wherein there were some regular items in the spread and the non veg counter was far away for the veg stuff. Might something to do with the religious Veg sentiments of the regular boarders in Indore, don’t know. Two trays were there for Non Veg items, one with boiled eggs and one empty tray with Chicken Sausage written over it. After much requests the tray was replenished with chicken salami instead of sausages. Overall the B/F was not good for me.

The experience was really great all the staff took good care of us, including our specific food requirements. They took really good care of our kid... It was a really nice experience thanks a lot, Ashok, Neha, Manfool & Kama..will surely come again...

The receptionist Neena,Zeeshan,Aman were kind enough to extend our late checkout and also gave us complimentary breakfast, During the breakfast Neha and Rupesh helped us too and we liked the hospitality and behavior of the staff, Special Thanks to Neena, We will visit again

This is the only 4 star property which is centrally located with very good facilities and well appointed rooms. The staff are extremely courteous and professional and willing to go the extra mile to help. Breakfast is an ok affair with mainly Indian vegetarian options and eggs made as you like them. Overall a very comfortable stay and definitely recommended

Chef Ashok from the coffee shop was an ever smiling fa e welcoming us and enticing us with his delicate ies. It was quite a treat. Mr Batta at the reception was very pleasant, helpful, any courteous. All in all, excellent service

The cups in the room were dirty.

Attentive staff - from the time we entered the hotel - our luggage was collected -: check in happened in minutes - we went to our rooms which were next to each other -;dinner was good - beds were comfortable - had a long 8 hour drive - slept well - had the regular buffet breakfast- check out took place quite quickly - was well rested for an 8 hour drive to Nasik.

Buffet ( dinner) had no fish dish ! Other than that everything was perfect!
