1) Prompt response was not available iro phone call for some clarification. Though later satisfied. U should be prompt in responding 2) One facility i.e. Zacuuchi should be available to all

Registration was quick and friendly and my room was ready for me. Easy to find hotel, in a great location with ample and secure parking within the grounds of the hotel.

Only one very minor issue. I wanted a pizza for my evening meal but they had run out of pizza bases. This would not deter me from going back to this hotel.

Hotel is very good for stay at Junagadh. Very clean. Food was very good. Decent breakfast. The only area of improvement was that they do not have facility for the drivers to stay (Fern Porbandar has that). This makes it bit awkward if you are not self driving.

Nice atmosphere, extremely clean swimming pool (this almost never is the case in India), nice room

Far away from everything. Drivers cannot find the location, cheap and poor furniture in the room, mediocre breakfast for the price asked for. Reception can be more friendly.

The ambience, the comfort in the room, the breakfast spread. Hospitality of staff at Kesar. Overall a good place to stay when in Junagadh.

The delay in attendance by house keeping..may be due to full occupancy...it's understood. The attitude of the reception staff Mr Rajendra (if I remember the name properly).. irritative behaviour, not at all cordial..not ideal to be at reception.

Clean rooms and friendly staff. The location is around 4 km from city centre but has great view of girnar hills so its hard to complain about loaction. The breakfast spread was varied and their is something for everyone. Overall a great place to stay.

Being a small town also it has all your needs.. The staff on the stay part is very Co operative and helpful..

The WORST chief we came across in our years of travels.. He was very rude and thought they were doing a favour on us by serving food.. The only person Sanjeev was the person who even understood what was needed d by us the rest of the staff is very poorly managing the restaurant.. They really need to work on that part big time..

The rooms were clean and very friendly staff only thing they closed the gym off after 10.30

Everything was good

Breakfast was awesome. Service was also very good. Special mention of Miss Sulata. She served whatever required as we (me and my wife) were handling kids. Thanks a lot for everything Miss Sulata.

Only one bad experience, that too resolved by hotel staff (manager)
