Fantastic rural hotel. If big 4star + hotels are your thing then this place is not for you, but if small friendly establishments are to your liking you will love it here as we did. We preordered shoulder of lamb and chicken dishes, both cooked to perfection..washed down with delicious local wine and excellent value for money, very comfy bed and bathroom well stocked with lovely hot water.lovely lady host who could not do enough for us. We will return again . Thank you very much.

We pre ordered 2 evening meals which were delicious and very good value for money. Excellent wine as well . In the morning we were served a typical Spanish/continental breakfast. Toast, butter, jam and a small cake with plenty of good coffee. Also a bottle of still water which was a nice touch and we used it for our onward journey. A friendly lady owner treated us very well.

Very quiet location, easy to park the car, lovely lady looked after us we were the only ones in the hotel but we were given 2 choices for each course in the restaurant and considering there were only two people staying the central heating was on !

it was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the shower powerful and the shower curtain one of the best I’ve seen, as it did not cling to you. The village was charming, lovely for a stroll in the evening

Very authentic.

La Sabina is an amazing place to stay. The hosts were very helpful and welcoming, the room was spacious, clean and cutely decorated, and had an anti-insects net on the window, which is very much appreciated. Everything in the hotel and in the restaurant shows a lot if thought and effort put into it. Very recommendable.
