We loved the traditional Spanish look of the hotel and our room. There is parking and a restaurant opposite about a 100m distance. The gentleman on reception was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and well appointed. The hotel is literally off the main road and is a great stopover for the ferry.

We paid a visit to the restaurant which once again had a very rustic traditional feel. The staff didn't make you that welcome and we weren't overly impressed with the food we chose. It is though very popular with the Spanish and did start to get busy. We probably wouldn't stay here again, it was pleasant enough but we prefer another hotel as a stopover but unfortunately it was fully booked.

This hotel is just off the E5 about three hours from Santander, so an ideal stop off for the ferry. It is also well placed for visiting some interesting places. We have stayed here several times and been given good advice about the local area. There is a very nice bar/restaurant across the carpark from the hotel. The rooms are comfortable, clean and spacious.

The only things missing from the rooms are a safe and a small fridge

Comfortable bed outside seating in the setting sun, dog friendly without excessive extra cost, good shower ,, controllable heating

Dog walking was limited due to ground conditions, probably different in summer. The food in the restaurant was not great, what I ordered should have come with lettuce and tomatoes. What arrived had no salad and chips to accompany tortilla and escalope of beef which was very greasy .recommend to eat at roadside travel stop

We have used this hotel for one night stop overs, but decided to have three nights here to visit the area. We treated ourselves to a suite and were very impressed. The reception staff were helpful and friendly suggesting places to visit. The hotel is well positioned for stop off when travelling to or from Santander or Bilbao to the south of Spain and for visiting places of interest, with a nice restaurant just across the car park

Nothing to dislike

Perfect location for an overnight stay on route to bilbao and also pet friendly. The room was comfortable and bright and had the added bonus of a bath. There is a good restaurant nearby. There is plenty of parking and charging points for electric cars.

Being close to the motorway, it can be a little noisy, but with the windows closed, you cannot hear anything and the ac works well

The complex was very well situated, with a restaurant just across from the hotel and a petrol station there too. A continental breakfast is available in the hotel before the restaurant opens at 8.30.

Bread was served to us without asking and they tried to charge us €3.50 even though we didn't eat it. The restaurant wouldn't allow us to take our small dog in, even though we had told the hotel in advance that we had a small dog and paid extra for her.

Great stay at this hotel on our way back to the ferry. Location perfect just off the motorway. Two Restaurants close by. Very clean spacious rooms we had a ground floor and so were able to sit out after our meal which was nice. Comfortable beds and very clean. Staff very friendly on reception.

Air con didn’t work it was set on high and couldn’t change the settings.

The room is spacious and comfortable and the bathroom facilities are excellent. The hotel is just off the motorway so very convenient for a stop off on the way to Bilbao

The nearby restaurant had its menu in the hotel. It advertised a very good value three course set menu including a drink. When we got to the restaurant this was. It available and we were disappointed with the choice and price. This is our second visit to this hotel and last year the restaurant was much better.

Very good location just off main route north south. Perfect for stopover. Decent restaurant over the road with friendly staff. Fuel station is on site. Fill yourself then go in and pay as in UK. Cashier could've been a lot friendlier for fuel.

Would be great to have satellite tv for English programmes.

The location is excellent about 2 minutes drive off the Autovia. The room and staff were excellent. Breakfast was good value for money.

Across the car park is a restuarant which is ideally located, however we found the menu limited and the food not to the standard we expected. The waitress was very good and berween her English and our Spanish we managed quite well. Our only issue was the food quality.
