Beautiful hotel in the Ribera del Duero wine region. Stunning internal decorations,stylish and modern, but in keeping with the feel of the original building. Food was great, and high quality. Evening meal was delicious, and breakfast was varied and plentiful. All staff were super helpful and friendly. Great base for wine tasting tours .

Only negative - our room had a shower over the bath, and it was really slippy and tricky to get out. Staff tried to resolve when we told them, but it really needs a non slip mat and perhaps something to hold when you get out. Very stylish, but not so practical. We still had a fabulous time.

This is a quiet neighbourhood, rather close to Protos winery. The staff was always very friendly. The room was rather large, and the breakfast was good, with plenty different options.

The opening times for the spa and the gym are subjected to the opening times of the restaurant. If the restaurant was open, the gym (and the spa) were closed.

Clean, comfortable beds, nice bathroom, nice decor, friendly staff, great breakfast, on-street parking available. The only thing I would suggest is additional bed pillows. I need more than one to sleep comfortably.

Breakfast was extremely good. Also the breakfast service was optimum. Of of course a very nice hotel. And also the Pesquera wines are fine.

No reason not to go but mentionable. An attention point for such quality hotel is surely the finishing touch which misses the finesse. Our bathroom tap stood somewhat loose and somewhat lop-sided. The back panel of our bath was rotten, hardly visible but once you notice it is stays in your mind.

Excellent parking and lifts to room. Immaculate room with all facilities. Breakfast staff were aware of a gluten-free guest and provided excellent alternative products.

Restaurant closed for both days of our stay. Could not charge bar purchases to room. Had to pay for each visit at the time.

The hotel was a really interesting conversion of an old mill and had an excellent atmosphere. The gardens were lovely and provided a great place to have a drink upon arrival. The room was very comfortable as was the bed. The breakfast was really decent and certainly set us up for the day ahead.

The underground carpark was a little far from our room and the layout of the hotel was a bit confusing at first.

Breakfast looked normal, but everything was top quality. Incredible food, great place to stay and nice looking in general. Very well rounded hotel for wine tourism.

The beds can be improved, they are 7/10 but using a better quality mattress would boost the comfort of the room to another level. and if your room is next to the lift you will definetively hear it.

Bedroom was spacious and comfortable, The breakfast was amazing.

There must be a problem with the gutters, We could hear a constant dripping (as it was raining all night) and it was quite loud in the room. I woke up at 6 and couldnt sleep afterwards. Room 106

Breakfast was excellent , staff friendly and efficient . Hotel design and interiors very interesting and well appointed .

The bathroom fittings were badly positioned . Service for light dinner was extremely slow .
