Its close to the express way and easy to navigate across Quebec City. This is our go to hotel everytime we visit Quebec. It was our 5th booking to this hotel. The breakfast is enough for us to start the day. For the purpose of having a place to stay for the night, this is a good deal. Plus, they have the friendliest staffs.

the breakfast was good, but would be better if the sausage can change everyday since its hard to eat the same meal every morning.. for a longer stay, that will be not so good.. we spent 4 nights there, only on the last day we are lucky enough to see bacon on the selection.

The staff was so helpful. The room was spacious and quiet. You could not tell there were so many people in the hotel. The dining areas were a bit congested at times but there was plenty of seating in the two rooms. The handicap parking is very close to the back entrance.

They might have one or two more disabled parking spaces. Maybe the second seating area could be converted to the breakfast serving area and the one that is there now a seating area. For Americans like me the coffee was a bit strong----I do prefer Dunkin Donuts better.

Big parking lot, easily accessible. Check out till noon. Nice and clean room with king size bed. Breakfast was okay. All in all good value for money. I want to give special thanks to dear Ms. Manon at the reception who helped us to purchase tickets for a national park and for an ice hockey game. You saved our vacation, thank you so much, Manon! We are so grateful for your help and for always being kind and caring. Thank you.

We had a room on the ground floor and it can get noisy when there are people in the room above (footsteps).

Breakfast was pretty good. Decent selection and beans are great for those that don’t eat meat. Liked the different waffle size and shape options and multiple bagel and breads. The bed was really comfortable and the sheets were nice and soft. Bathroom was fairly clean and everything seemed rather new.

Only one lift and it’s at the far end of the hotel by the lobby. Wished there was a hot jacuzzi in the pool area and better coffee. Tasted diluted.

Everything was amazing . The breakfast was great my kids are picky with taste and this satisfied them as well as my partner. When we checked in I was so tired from 13 hours of driving that I was fumbling over finding things an talking but the man at counter just shook it off an was so kind an patient. The room was very clean , lots of clean towles for family, bed were little stiff but I won't complain much since everything else has been great! They really do reach their name , great job quality inn 👏 will be staying again .

Absolutely nothing.

I did not expect a small gym and pool and was surprised to have it onsight. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable enough. You can expect the coffee maker in your room with 2 types of coffee (regular and decaf). I would surely recommend this place if you travel by car, since in the walking distance from the hotel there is nothing interesting Breakfast is simple but at same time very tasty: I enjoyed the hot waffles, scramble and sausages and the coffee is good also

Everything was great I would really love some simple vegetables in addition to breakfast

The hotel looks new. The room is spacious, very comfortable and clean. The free park and breakfast included is a plus. Decent breakfast. A lot of restaurants close to the hotel. We had a car so the commute to old Quebec wasn’t that far. I’m very satisfied. I would stay there again in future.

The water of the pool could be warmer.

Great location, close to Quebec city attractions by car (and because it was in 15 min distance, price was much more affordable than those in Old Quebec city), very clean room with bathroom (i personally liked their strong water coming from jet power shower, superb!) And bacon was served in one of two days stay. And there is a swimming pool which was cozy and water was good.

The unit was very spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the bathrooms were extremely clean. Loved the huge mirror with the ring light around it with the additional heated option when it gets fogged up. The staff was also very friendly and made checking in and out extremely smooth and simple. Had a great stay here!

The unit did have a slight humid smell to it despite having AC.

Check in was friendly and efficient. Looking around it all sparkled it was so clean. The surprise came when we entered the room. So spacious, clean and a modern bath room. We were glad to see the clean floor. There was no carpet thus less chance of germs and insects to hide. The breakfast was the best you find at hotels/motels of the same class as the Quality Inn.

No complaint, we are 100% satisfied
